I have the opportunity to start dual studying business Informatics for either Atos, PwC or EY, initially I wanted to go for Atos, since they are a true IT company but now I am not sure anymore. What of those three companies do you think has the brightest future?
after so many quarters ATOS has performed better recently. this brings stability and gives them time to do the damage control
I have joined Atos syntel as a fresher and matched in one legacy project. But initial 2023 they started layoff people ,they fired my batchmates infront of me i was afraid and started searching new job.Now i am in notice period and having offer from accenture.Happy to leave atos😂

irrespective of company, I would suggest DBA roles are changing. Maybe take a longer view and upskill quickly

no outsider knows whats a happening in the company on hiring front. it is very likely that the events highlighted in this video, has indirectly put things on slow mode. On top of that, news about startup firing, and also big tech companies slowing hiring means all the companies will be thinking twice now about what they want to do.
I can answer that! We are going through our second round of Voluntary Exits so throw that offer letter away as its not going to be honoured. Count yourself lucky as they treat offshore staff very poorly anyway.
Sir what is condition now. I got offer and they provide good salary. Role is sql developer and 7year exp
The situtation isnt going to change in just few months. They are breaking company into two parts. Bug data, analytics and cyber security will be in the new company...
But this is problem at top level. There shouldnt be immediate impact on junior employees.
When the company goes for split, many people in these service areas will be shifted.
I just joined 1 month back I am planning to abscond because they have given me pune location I want Mumbai ?? They will take any legal action on me if abscond???

ATOS is really into pain. unless there is really a need, it is better to avoid. Did you watch full video. I had give my views .

I had joined this company as a fresher. Initially I saw opportunities in this company but after merger with Syntel all the good policies were scrapped and bad policies were brought in. Saw peers and even senior managers leaving the company left and right. I was not aware of the points you had mentioned in the video. It is really interesting to watch and learn these facts. Now I am working for a different organization . Lets see if this company can recover in the future as they had some good potential in the beginning...

I have offer from TCS, ATOS SYNTEL, CAPG. And all are of same package. I picked Atos as only location was my constraint. But after this video litreally i feel bad on picking the company atos as iam looking for long term engagement in the company. just two days left to join the organization 😕

Not everything is lost for the company. Its still a big name. NOT ALL profiles are going to be impacted..

@@d-streetyouths9157 i dont think you should be really concerned. the real risk normally is to exp people or leadership guys. because company can take some tough measures to come out of the problem.
@@BingeLearn i went on to digging their order portfolio and the stock analysis and i am not happy with that so i didnt prefer to join them. Iam unwilling to join any company which is not witnessing the growth from within istead of only through accquisition.

Hi I have recently switched. I gave all the details ( pan,uan)properly during joining but still I find that they have given a wrong pan in my payslip. I raised a ticket and though it's not solved yet, can it effect me in future? I am really tensed😕
this is easy done. reachout to HR or as you said, raised ticket already. this will be taken care. you get it fixed . some delay doesn;t mean much.

Hello Sir , I really appreciate your effort on this analysis but you know this company has 120,000 employees worldwide & I’m one of them who joined 2 months back but seeing your video really making me worry as this is creating confusion & decreasing confidence as you know it is natural for companies to face loss and comeback stronger in days ahead. I feel this video really make new joiners a setback . Hope you don’t have any personal vengeance against atos . I just wanted to tell this thank you . 🙏
Sorry Mohammed. I should have been bit more careful in my discussion. I would love to see company doing better and stronger. Lot of careers get impacted because of this.
I just shared what events which took place in the company. These are all facts.
However I should have been clearer on who would be impacted and should worry.

I dont track the market closely. So not the right person.
your last 2 mins in video is misleading and shows you are just reading news paper and no proper research on kind of technology split happening. for example, if there is a Java resource with 5 to 10 yrs experience there is huge demand and growth in Atos and those kind of service oriented projects are growing well. what you are telling is totally misleading from ground reality.. you need to be really careful while suggesting on choosing companies..
its very heartwarming to see a different point of view from somebody who works in the company.
when a point of view is made, it talks about general events. it doesn't talk about one segment of people. what's happening internally you know better, what we observe is how company would behave when external environments become difficult for them.
for example if external environments are challenging, company will take extraordinary steps. in that case it will not look for 5-10 years exp people.
what happens in a project, team, verticle, exp range. thats not going to be in scope of my discussion ever.
It was my first company and everything was good until they transferred pune office to syntel's pune office, then coffee went bad to worse.
You can tell how much company cares about about employees by seeing amenities they provide to employees especially their coffee machine.
Then came great policy of Sandwich leave
And then they sent many employees on furlough.
And this was time when it became really hard for me ,after 5 years or so, to continue and many senior employees and juniors left too.
Policies had really become bad to worse with no care for its employees
Thanks for sharing this. Most of what you shared is doing of Indian management. First thing Indian management does is cut down on these expenses called employees benefits. 🙄

Palo alto is a different level company. Infect it is one of the best employer. Even sometimes ahead of Maang or Faang.
