The other subtle change the new CEO brought was that most of the leaders who were asked to quit are from India and those who have replace them were from UK which he conveniently named it as going global, meaning sending Indians out of top positions. Little that he know that every Indian leader has his camp de aide under him who is closely groomed to follow him to next organization rather than taking the old boss's position so they were slapped back with 31% attrition. His first few acquisitions are from UK as well and also everyone know where this "Aston Martin" headquarter is located with which he has signed a sponsorship deal. This is just bad to see on how he has let go folks in India to fund a car company in UK for marketing. This is completely ironic to how Frank Dsouza ran this company which was evident in his farewell email that he is happy to create employment for 2,00,000 people in India through Cognizant. Welcome to East India Company 2.0 folks.

I would probably suggest to retain employees at all levels by paying some good perks and offering promotions so that the attrition is controlled. I myself had a bad impression on Cognizant looking at the attrition and rejected their offer with a fear.

If I am the CEO in a company, I would promote the employees to next level(irrespective of whatever the level they are currently) who are associated with me for more than 10 years.. I believe those bigger brains who are with me for a decade will definitely make my company stronger and back to its brand again. Because they are still with me for a reason even when the market is at its peak. And they know the DNA and brand of the company..

Iam from CTS.Cognizant is the most racist company.CTS is run by Tamil Brahmins.I don't speak Tamil and not a Brahmin. Every day there is harrasment since Iam an outsider, not from chennai , not speaking tamil. Iam happy to see CTS go down. All major projects are send to Chennai.Other locations get the worst projects .All onsite people from chennai get opportunities,Non tamils are totally neglected in promotions , growth , every good thing goes to Tamils. Never faced so much racism and harrassment in any other company. When my mother died,,I was told Iam lying .I asked for leave when my mother was sick and leave denied. All because IAM NOT TAMIL.When Tamil persons mother dies its a real death , when non Tamil mother dies its fake. Also the balance sheet of CTS is manipulated. needs to be audited by SEBI

back in 2010, this difference was much more. i wouldn't put that Tamil vs Others. The reason was, IT industry was setup by entrepreneurs from South, and majority of them headquartered there. So all important events were driven from there. However in last 5-7 years, things have changed . It has accelerated after covid.

CTS is a one way street to end back in street. The truth is Market sees CTS as body shopping company. They never had any worthy product unlike Infosys, TCs and Wipro in the past and never will in the future. If you want to grow your career then avoid this company at any cost.
