what is the cost to hire stump grinder wigan
Perfect video, i only realized aluminum welding was happening in video 3. 1 and 2 was just steel.
These are not easy to run , smaller cuts and maintain blade speed is the key
I'm going buy one for my boat project thanks your video help me alot . Thanks
bed frame rails have a high carbon content to support fat people which becomes very brittle and prone to cracking after welding.
What is the difference between a 250M and a 250A?
I just used my Tooliom 250m on steel for the first time and i love it.
It smokes some thick steel fo sho.
@@rpmchuck-nitrouschronicles oh yea it will
How do you feel about longterm usage?
I've had my Tooliom 200 mow for 3 years. As good as it runs and cheap as it is , I wouldn't be mad at it if it quit this weekend. I doubt it will though. They might cut a few bucks with the torch but for the rest of it, the quality is on par with units costing 3-4 times more.
Damn, everything this cat has looks like some shit he's pulled out of a dumpster other than the things that looks like was given to him, that bender and the kit from Swag Offroad!!! And BTW, I highly doubt it's the coupler that leaks, my money is on the hose clamp tha's on that patched up air hose. That air hose was most probably found in a dumpster as well!!!! The way this crappy video went I wouldn't let this clueless fool assemble a spoon for me!!!
Once you switch the liner out for aluminum can you go back to steel without switching the liner? Or should I just buy another torch gun for steel?
I probably wouldn't. I'd keep that liner for just the soft aluminum to keep any cross contamination away and keep from snagging in it since it will be easy to gouge.
I removed my Chinese bender from the vertical riser and added a piece of receiver tubing and mounted a few receivers around the shop and this way it can be mounted all over the shop. Also mounted other stuff( vices and the like) to receiver, making the whole mess more versatile. Can even slide the stuff from the shop can in a pinch be slid into the rear of the truck…..end of many problems…
I actually added a receiver to this bender stand to add a bead roller. ua-cam.com/video/Jhokq_UAYF4/v-deo.htmlsi=l6Jnmi4W1Us257xu
I just bought me one LT-CT5200 tooliom. Didn’t burn 7018 1/8. Plugged to 110 🤷🏼♂️.
You lost me on the swapping the cable bossman sorry lol
If I have to buy one witch one would you choose for the price?
If you don't need to weld aluminum, I'd pick the 200.
can you do this just for the seams for a better seal and vapor barrier. Then add fiberglass batts for a much higher R ?
You could. I'd at least get it all covered even if it was 1/4" thick. Traditional insulation on top would probably net great results.
I’m gonna tell you the same thing I tell my dad when he’s working on his hot rod. “What, are we building houses here!?” 😆😆😆
How thick can this mig welder weld im looking for a budget welder
Just based off of you throwing the bag over your head and continuing the review, youve earned a subscriber lol. That shit had me in stitches.
Thanks brother. Have a good one.
I read that this 250 machine has the fully manual adjustment for amps and wire speed and the automatic/syn setting. And from what ive read, the 200 only has the automatic/syn mode with the fine tune + or - 5 amps. Is this true?
Yes, that's right. At first, I was gun shy of the auto settings, but now I am a fan.
4T sounds like casting with fishing rod. Hit the button, whip the rod, but the line doesn't feed out till you release the button. I don't think I would use it either.
No practical non automated uses that I can think of. Just a cheap feature to add for the manufacturer.
Oh.... gee whiz, pnly known that for 60 or more years. Cotter pin.
Nice to see a torsion bar type torque wrench sill being used
I like them for a lot of stuff. You can actually see how far away you are.
Can you do a vid with the machine, tig welding aluminium. I'm wondering is it a dc or ac machine to know what sheilding gas to get, between argon and helium?
Not really the ideal machine for TIG. It would be DC only and doesn't have high frequency start. You would have to scratch or lift start the arc. If you want to try it, just use argon. I have a full featured AC/DC TIG machine (Alpha 200) but hardly use it anymore due to the loss of my left eye and depth perception issues. That's why I invested in the 2 MIG welders.
I have a crows foot 10-50 3 pin 220/250 amp range plug outlet. Do they make an adapter to hook this 220 adapter to it?
Not sure if anyone makes anything but it wouldn't be hard to make one with a NEMA outlet and range cord. Something like this, amzn.to/3w8kqzD then amzn.to/42BOqQx would probably work pretty well.
I really appreciate all three of your videos especially the part where you screwed up and left it in there. I can relate with that. I’ve been trying to find a welder for aluminum in your review. Sent me to buy this Tooliom 250A welder. I saved your videos and subscribed, so I can keep going back and look at them. I can learn more on how to use this welder. Thanks again.
Thank you, all your vids part 1 TO 3 on the tooliom 250 was very informative 👍 i just bought one toolion 250a
Thanks for watchin!
Hello sir.. your video was one that inspired me to buy this great machine...... I watched dozens of video reviews. I'm a first time welder. running a homestead... Always had a lot of tools, but never got into welding.... I'm as old as you are probably older. lol. but I'm very confident I got the right welder. amazing price of 292 dollars, and I'll save that much the first year, maybe triple that much on my rural property it's going to last a long time. I may not use it every day, but when I do, it will pay. I love the color / design. so easy to use. I am impressed with the quality, and clear controls, display I can grow into its full capacity as I learn. I'll do flux core first, then stick welding. I may never try Tig. but I will try aluminum, perhaps with a spool gun.
Good deal! Do yourself a favor and get some MIG gas and solid wire. It's much easier and cleaner.
I gave up on the rental companies around here. They always have bad cutter teeth. Found a guy that grinds stumps for cheaper than I can rent.
Yeah with dull cutters, you will just work yourself to death and not get much done in your rental time.
I did great bender
Hey Brent after long time, u have been not seen on RACE TRACK, well I hoping to c ur upcoming races is that u gonna change the combo like run on procharge hemi big block or gonna put a hemi promod setup 🤔🤔🤔 ,so u have small tyres and big tyres, what it gonna be plan A plan B 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️👍👍👍👍
That was simply painful to watch. Some ppl simply shouldn’t make You Tube videos. There’s a reason to do time laps . And use proper tools for the job, an extension socket driver for a punch? Really …….
Good video. Not many people don't make any assembly mistakes so don't feel bad about any of those parts. It did sound and look like you need a more CFPM air compressor to be able to run the bender any faster thoe. Over all good video and enjoyed watching it. 😊
Thanks for watching. That old compressor was made in 1975 and finally died.
I currently have team z relocated upper control arm kit with standard location lower control arms. Also, have team z drag spring which makes it sit slightly lower than factory. Do you recommend keeping that upper kit or going with standard style upper control arms? Its a stick shift drag fox body.
Relocating the uppers higher on the housing accomplishes basicly the same thing if you keep stock ride height. If you lower the car much, the upper bar angle will be pretty steep, and the instant center will be real short. Stick shift cars are pretty violent, so I'd have as many adjustment points as possible. Those springs work pretty good and don't lower it much. I had some back when they first came out years ago. There are plenty of fast street cars with that Team Z set up. If you really start getting serious, I'd do the upper and lower boxes and go to a coilover with the longest travel shocks you can fit. Then you have the luxury of trying different rate springs. I like using the lightest and longest spring that will hold the car up and go low enough to get the ride height I want with the shock compressed almost all the way with only about an inch left at ride height. That way, you have maximum extension. Then have a good double adjustable shock to control how fast it extends. You want maximum separation over the longest time. If you want to see how a stick car should work, go look up Jonathan Atkins Grubworm Camaro.
Hey wtf chuck!
Where's the girl????
She had to go make my kid dinner.
My boss just bought one of these so we can weld our own aluminum . I never weld aluminum before Thank you for the videos very helpful
No problem. Good luck with it. It has taken a little trial and error to find the sweet spot but I've been happy with it.
Hello Chuck. What ports are you placing your ground and electrode in when mig welding aluminum? Thanks!
Pause the video at 32:21 to see the configuration. The ground cable goes closest to the torch.
Perfect, thanks!
yeah man....that saves a lot of manual labour...if you have the ...POWER.....wondering if you lie it down and use your body weight...might work too...electrical work...craft on guy...
Terrible video, its like a vid, saying fastest 55 chevrolet on the planet, then the video talks about the tires the whole time. It would've been better if you talked about the 66 the whole time...
Ok. Show me a cheaper power tubing bender set up with the same capability.
can you run steel wire through the graphine or will that shorten its life?
Probably not enough to mater, but you don't want any steel wire transfer / contamination on the aluminum wire. Just like how you save a wire brush and flap wheel just for aluminum so you don't get any cross contamination into the aluminum. Aluminum is not forgiving at all like steel. You have to keep it super clean.
I *LOVE* this and it’s exactly what I want in my 67. I feel like I could maybe tackle this, but do you have any interest in making another? 😂
I have faith in you. You can do it, no problem!
Got this one coming and looking forward to messing with it. More mig and tig for my fishing projects. Almost got the plasma cutter to go with it but went a different brand. Thanks for the video 🤙🏻
Thanks for watching. What plasma did you go with?
Amazon wh0re. Harbor Freight wh0r3. Thumbnail doesn't match video. No sub here. 👎🏻
AGREE 110% with ya. Eff Bozoz and EFF am-a-crapa-zon. Nothing but knock off dink garbage.
Thanks for the video. Just bought a Tooliom 135 for $67 on Amazon for thin gage stick welding. Taking a welding class now. Looking forward to practicing with it. Saving for a Miller or a PrimeWeld TIG machine.
Definitely not the cheapest! Annoying video, lures you in with lies. Thumbs down
Does anyone know what the warranty is for these ?
1 year according to the Tooliom website.
Looks like the same welder as the SSimder almost the same as the Arccaptain They are all similar. Arccaptain is a 200 SSimder is a 250a.
I was wandering ware would i get the stuff you received in the box from and hoe much would it cost me??
All the links are in the description under the video. Some of the prices may have changed since I recorded it, but all the links still work.
