I do everything you listed here, if you look back on my videos you can see that, we also have a vet that comes to the farm 2 x a year, and checks on overall health. It is a lot of work, for a short period of time when it happens but it doesn’t bother me when I can keep a good line going. Also culling is an option instead of doing the work, this is my personal preference and I’m ok with it, I continue to try different methods and do what works best. @@TheHeavenlyHomestead Don't get me wrong. I've had my problems. Right now I'm bottle feeding two whose mom died after being attacked by dogs. Things go well for a while and then stuff happens. All the best and thanks for your videos. 👍

Oh I have 2 bottle monsters at home right now, thankfully the sun is out and they are enjoying being with everyone, or running away from them, 😂 sometimes, but they have the room to coexist ☺️ Thank you for the advice, and willingness to help!

That she chew the nipple of the other bottle so the milk was dripping, so they had to take turns, it’s ok to wait too, they eat every 4 hours 😋 God bless you

Bottle babies act starving, it’s a reflex, an instinct, but if you overfeed they can get floppy kid syndrome and is really hard to save them. these milk monsters were born with a weight of a pound and a few ounces, and are now gaining 2 and a half pounds a week! 😆

Boys get banded/ neutered and leave the farm to live as pets, I usually sell them in pairs, and since they are neutered they don’t smell or fight during rut like bucks. They are going to start leaving ( the 7 we have left at the end of may or first couple of weeks of June)

And yes, they are very sweet!!!

Good! Yes, too big! They both drink from Gaia, Annabelle and Clara 🫣😑 and of course eat hay with everyone else 😆

Neither of them have babies on them, so they are fighting for my attention all the time, they fight about who goes in to get milked, if they take long they will get upset… they just think that I’m their baby basically 😂 So they are fighting over who sits by the milking room door… once I leave the pen they ignore each other 😂😂
