My husband is out of state for work and I have the lost chatty mornings while I feed them in the morning and before I put them to bed on their playpen, Hope is a bit jealous! 😝

Lol. I talk to my sons pitbull, Jocko, every morning while I make my breakfast. My son says he acts like he understands me. I know he does. He cocks his head to the side and lifts one ear.

We are under winter advisory, the beach has the biggest waves I've seen, and we are freezing, got hail and some snow. Needless to say, my focus today is to keep everyone warm, especially babies ( especially because I work all day).
If we have power during the premiere I will be here to chat with everyone, but if I'm not, it probably means we lost power or we are working hard around the farm to keep everyone warm.
Yes, goats are hardy, but my goats live in the Oregon coast, so they are used to mild temps in the winter and summer, drops in temperatures for them is different from goats living in Alaska or Montana.... I also love my goats, and I hate to be cold, so I might be a bit crazy about keeping everyone warm just because how much I hate it =P
    God bless! Happy week

Some goats are just stubborn, you are about to meet not 1 but 2 😝 😂

If you choose not to look at your goats and see what progression they're having you have no right to have them get off your butt and go out and help your goats

The reference is at the babies, at the end you can see that I tell them, “it’s right there, I can’t help you more than that” hence the comment where I mentioned the babies being stubborn.
There is no need to go in, she did amazing, I just helped them slip out. I just finished with another birth where I was in elbow deep, I have no problem helping but is hard to catch the reference if you think is about something else.
      Sorry you misunderstood!
      God bless!

After the 7th day of progression in my sheep and still no lambs, I threw up my hands and said forget it, I have other crap to do, so sometimes you can’t watch or get to a point it’s not practical

@@suzanneford1571 Thankfully in this case she was doing all the work, so no need to go in. It was a best case scenario.
I have no idea about sheep I never owned any, but the good part is they are bigger and have more room to move around.
Thank you for sharing your experience, it seems like you figured out a system that works for you!
