Sorry if it was asked before but if you cast lets say a 3 color card do you trigger all 3 aragorn effects when it gets casted? Or will it be only one of the 3?

Whirlwind of thought is a big miss. Better just play blue instant speed card draw like quick study, fact or fiction and mystic confluence, to draw cards straight away and synergize with commander

Ugh I’m glad I watched this video before I realized it during a game. I didn’t realize you couldn’t target Obuun with the LF trigger since it has shroud. Flickering Ward is one pro aura I have in my build but now I can remove those shroud spells! Thank you much

One of the thing you need to remember is that the triggered ability disapeared at the next end step, and it is Discord himself who puts a new one on the stack. So the copied abilities don't stack from turn to turn.

One thing in wondering is how do you effectively represent all the random cards on the table? I can already see myself entirely forgetting what creatures and enchantments I’ve drawn from scryfall and what all of their card abilities are

So many fun ideas for my own Kutzil brew in this video, though I don't know if my pod wants me to tune this deck any higher, since we're mostly casual players and I can already have some very big pop offs. I focused more on +1/+1 counter recursion with some Phyrexian flavor and ways to spread keywords across my creatures. Thanks for the insight!

The thing that I wonder about is if rex just gets the activated ability as written, then the untap and protection or bounces shouldn't work as rex doesn't have the cards name? Or is there an rules clarification somewhere I haven't seen? Edit: nevermind I found the ruling. This card is more nuts than I thought...

I found out that when you run Jinnie Fay, Jetmir’s Second with Gylwain you can trigger her and create a cat or dog since Gylwain creates aura tokens. Pair that up with Rosie Cotton of South Lane , hardened scales and Mowu I’m pretty sure you can go infinite somewhere with that combo

I put a bunch of remove/add counters(power conduit, hex parasite, nesting grounds, etc) in the deck and it seems to work pretty well. I also added some of the Doctor Who cards(idk if those were out at the time of this video). Barbara Wright lets you pick any chapter to start on. Thats great for trying to get to chapters that allow board state control.

I’ve been wanting to build a thrantis deck where my opponents are forced to attack me and suffer greatly, this video really helped me build a baseplate for the deck which I was able to altar

I have build a similar concept in mind but instead of running dragon's approaches, I'm running a lot of pingers like electrostatic field and guttersnipe paired with numerous instant speed cantrips and draw effects

It looks good for pickup games but any play group sees this once or twice and ur shut down the rest of the time.

Honestly, it's a great direction for the deck. I have had adhd meltdowns trying to do too many things all at once.. i think a couple of the other assasins are still killed in this deck, like Adewale, Breaker of Chains Lord of pain. But i think this is such a great start with all the righr check boxea i needed

I own a Slime Against Humanity EDH deck atm. (btw, It was an absolute nightmare & a half trying to get all 33-34 copies of Slime... from the Pre-Release weekend, I had until the Thursday of the week following to have the deck built. I ended up receiving 11 copies from My little Brother, who drove them to me.. 1 & 1/2 hours each trip from his city to mine. He knew before his prerelease that I was looking to build the deck & needed as many as possible asap.. so props to him for trading a bunch of people for commons.) Anyways, I think I was sleeving it up on Thursday morning, to be played at the LGS for commander night. I have definitely made a bit of changes here & there but it is a pretty similar deck from its starting list. I did do a Commander swap on the deck though when Bloomburrow came out. The commander went from using Riku of Two Reflections as the commander (He is in the 99 now because the ability he grants, to create copies of key peices like Storm-Kiln Artist is too desirable to have access to, not to have him around) to the commander, Flubs the Fool. The deck was mainly taking its turn, casting another Slime or two & going to combat, passing. I don't have much space in the list for a ton of counter spells & am very on-point with removal spells that I have. So, having to discard a hand that I really didn't care about was a fine trade off for the stuff he grants you as a commander. Run Uktabi Kong - first its the second part in the Uktabi Ape story line, second its barely a silver boardered card, and third, unless your opponent is a wet dishcloth or a bastard, they should be fine with it!!! Id ask personally asking if its okay but like... whats the point in printing the card if it can't be used?

Un and playtests cards have been my favourite part of keeping a cube, especially with the mysterbooster 2 ones. These cards offer super unique moments and theyre the #1 selling point for getting my friends to wanna play cube vs their decks. Same with banned cards so my Dockside had a perfect retirement home

There needs to be more venues to use uncards and playtest cards!
