All 4 of your cost reducers are able to be swapped with more pirates. I made so many treasures last night I didn’t need cost reducers lol I love Edward Kenway and your deck is super cool.
Last Friday, I announced to my whole play group of about 7 people that I was building this deck and now literally all of them are building pirate tribals🤦♂️
Honestly, it's a great direction for the deck. I have had adhd meltdowns trying to do too many things all at once.. i think a couple of the other assasins are still killed in this deck, like Adewale, Breaker of Chains Lord of pain. But i think this is such a great start with all the righr check boxea i needed
My deck is different from yours BUT I did add sun quan. Last night I dropped sun quan, horsemanship, swing for 22 damage THEN I PLAYED GREAT TRAIN HEIST with the additional combat phase. It was amazing.
If your playgroup plays at a little higher level, add a Glint Horn Buccaneer for a potential combo game winner out of nowhere, just make sure group is ok playing against that kind of wincon.
Im conflicted if I want to go all in on the pirate theme and do only ships and pirates, or if I want to go off theme a little and include some outlaw and/or crime support.
I had to make SO MANY difficult cuts when brewing this deck before even testing it out. The last cut I made was Double Down. And I cut it only because of there being less than 20 pirates in the deck (since I had already cut out more than a handful to get the deck down to 100). When commanders are this open, it's so difficult settling on which 99 cards to leave in. But I was quite happy with how it turned out so I left it like that.
It was in my original list but was one of the last cuts I made in order to get it to 100 cards. So it's definitely a card I second as being included if you prefer.

Interesting take! I leaned into the casting from exile payoff/cascade I still have vehicles in it as well though. Pirates need a ship 🤣

Aw yeah! I've always liked Sun Quan. So good! I try and shoehorn him in wherever I can.

Run the thunderhawk gunship from warhammer 40k it gives every creature flying when it attacks
