* Shaping - 110g each 6 medium size bagels.
* Cover & let sit in a warm place for 20 minutes.
* Move to freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
* Boil for about 30 seconds on each side.
* Toppings.
* Bake in preheated oven at 400F/205C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
* Enjoy!
Dough ingredients:
390g bread flour
260g warm water
13g honey
4g salt
3g instant yeast
Topping ingredients (toppings of your choice):
Chopped onions
Minced garlic
White sesame seeds
Black sesame seeds
Poppy seeds
2 pinches salt

I would love to know how I could add cinnamon/raisin. I buy those all the time.
@cgd1125 As matter fo fact I was talking to my family about making raisin cinnamon bagels next. I created sourdough cinnamon raisin bread and uploaded on my this UA-cam channel last month. I mixed in raisins/cinnamon to the dough after fermentation follow by 2 sets of coil fold then shaped. Cinnamon keeps the dough from rising. So you wouldn’t want to mix cinnamon with flour before kneading the dough. What knife do you use to cut your bread?
@@MacAttack61099 Hi Gayle, I use a very sharp kitchen knife to slice crusty or soft sandwich bread. I wait until the next day to slice after baking. I pack it in a plastic bread bag once it cools so the crust gets a little soft. I have a few videos slicing bread to share. Be careful whatever knife you are using. @@dianlouisa Hi Dianlouisa, Yes you can replace the egg with 38g water or milk. 1 medium egg has about 38g liquid. Here is another wonderful recipe without eggs you may want to try. My family loves this bread. You can open bake at 375f for about 40 minutes until golden brown. What flour did you use to make your original starter please? It is very white, I wondered did you use cornflour/cornstarch or plain flour? Thank you. A lovely video.
Hi Helen, I just used King Arthur unbleached bread flour to make sourdough starter and feed established starter with bread flour to maintain. Some people add al little whole wheat flour or rye flour. Thank you so much for watching the video and lovely words!😀😀😀❤️❤️❤️🙏

안녕하세요. 오늘 이거 만들고 있는데요. 궁금한 점이 있어서 여쭈어 보아요. 스트레치앤폴드 3번 후 30분 휴지후 바로 파이널 쉐이핑을 하시는데 혹시 벌크 퍼멘테이션을 생략하시는 이유가 따로 있으실까요?
안녕하세요! 벌크 파멘테이션을 shaping 전에 2시간정도 50-70% 부풀린후 shaping & final proof 하셔도 되고 이부분을 생략하고 Shaping 후에 벌크 파멘테이션 (final proof) 하셔도 됩니다 (이경우 발효 시간을 줄일수 있어요. 빵 예쁘게 만들어서 맛있게 드세요! 감사합니다!😀😀😀❤️❤️❤️🙏 Happy baking!😀😀😀

Hello dear... can you explain why you didn't use coil & fold ? Only stretch & fold. But i found sometimes you use coil & fold. Any different conditions?
