ran a build that used sanguines rose in the right hand and bound bow in the left hand. the benefit of sanguines rose over summon dremora is twofold. first it's leveled, so not hugely overpowered at the early game. secondly it has huge range, so you can plop the dremora down right in the middle of a camp and then start raining down arrows from a distance. Also, it gives a use for soulgems when not using enchanting (which is also just a gamekiller, once you get +160 damage for your main weapon the game is just boring). Just unbind crouch in settings :P.

Shield bash would be fun if it was possible to parry it, however that might create a rabbit hole of fighting game level mechanics (ie. people watching for bash frames, lol).

I would disagree with the unit ranking. I’d put the Kraken in 1st, the carrack in 3rd, and the musketeer in 2nd. Musketeers are really good as siege equipment or in battles where you have asteroids to take cover in. This could just be my bias because I consider them one of the best units in the first game, but i also prefer to assault planets and not bomb them.

Sneak Archer is to Master or lower difficulty, Warrior is to Legendary difficulty.

I usually make 0 year Olds for most available points, then genius, lunatic for the decison with glass house and the points, pure blooded to negate the health Malus and to get it easier than normal, after that take the pick on which education you want through the child traits and put the rest of your available points into whatever you want, having genius is already good enough, you can make the herculian handsome genius Caracter in 2 generations, so in about 40 years. And naturally make the best suitable person your ward

I bought this DLC at the same time i was reading The Saxon Stories from Bernard Cornwell, and boy what a sinergy it was. The book helped me a lot to understand the history behind and the game to visualize the geography and the period

Sauron is the former apprentice to the valar aule, who specialiced in smithing, crafting, everything having to do with constuction and craftsmanship really, so enchanting and smitching could also be a focus for a sauron themed character

You should play anniversary, I must say, if you really don't have a potato pc. It's loading time is the least and it's less buggy.

Fun fact: the Japanese version actually included the gore. you could decapitate enemies, loot the heads, sell them after the fight and get rich in no time....heads' values were broken

Post-buff, still using this thing to great success. 550 cost? I've beat Perfect Gundam Tuberculosis with it. 700 cost? I've beat tons of four star generals like the Nu Gundam, Sazabi, Moon Gundam, etc. with it. 600 cost? It's just broken, solos every match.

just got this game+4th to in a package on sale..sadly the 3rd game is so janky controlls so its even hard to run in this game in tighter areas.. So is there any thing thats improved in the 4th game vs 3rd game... Game seems good enough n looks ok to..But i guess it will just be installed for a long time before i sit down and really try to play it(tried the start of game n seemed ok)

I usually just do a spellsword playstyle. One hand sword and my off hand with a healing spell (or favourited for quick access when I'm doing like a weeb sword build with custom animations because ronin dragon slaying chad is based).

Evolve into stealth archers? No the word you want... its Devolve into stealth archers. ranged stealth is so easy, that its... Boring! Boring! Boring! (My bad, I was playing shivering isles, so the mad god dialog got stuck in my head)XD

Not sure what mine is called but it's my second playthrough I'm a kajhit but I have serious destruction and lots of magic pool with one handed but I just at level 50 stated using armor again when my enchantment level got reasonable enough to double enchant armor to make armor to replace arch mage robes except I use light vampire armor I do try to start a atronach whenever possible I kinda feel like my character mostly magic Rambo I also pushed hard to get paralysis potions and now I got a staff

I prefer stealth assassin(daggers) or stealth mage(illusion and destruction)

I’m playing as a Breton necromage/knight hybrid on the Constellations mod pack or collection as they are called

I roleplay a Nord Mage who masters alteration & conjuration ( add a little alchemy & healing ) who also is a Vanpire Lord . Bound Swords plus your Summons , or Paralyze plus Summons is OP . Almost untouchable with the black books on top . Hella fun

I just stick to pure race builds. Your 6 starting skills only. Been enjoying a regard combat archer. Mage armoured, moves fast, supporting a two handed tank. As i have smithing i only have 1 point in overdraw. Makes crit damage a useful skill. Took right side of archery tree. Left side is stealth focused. Two scimitars for when it's not suitable for an archer. Adrenaline rush with those ends fights quick.

i like refugee camp system, it's like we build our village right ? but it should reduce the wages.

the claw uppercut is broken on safi'jiiva it can tenderize two parts at once. the claw uppercut also has hyper armor it can also slinger burst into perfect rush

My favorite is the "Mage Hunter" build (thats how I call it) - Breton - The Atronach Stone - Magic Resist enchantments - Weapon that drains magicka and or health - Alteration for skin spells and Destruction for Cloak spells - Heavy Armour -- In AE there is the Crysamere for 10% more spell absorption if you want -- Ordinator perks gives Heavy Armour and Alteration skill MANY incrediy good resistance perks

My personal favorite is the vampire warrior build. This uses one handed, block, archery, light armor, sneak and restoration. Usually with a Breton character that pumps everything into health and makes use of potions and vegetable soup alongside with the lord stone. I mostly use this because it requires no grinding.

I made a breton antimage dual-wielding skirmisher whose entire point was to give the forsworn the middle finger and replicate the briarheart's style because those guys are terrifying. Not my favorite playthrough of the bunch but I say she had the most insane DPS by far. Dual savagery + elemental fury goes brrrrr!

Sneak archery is the least fun way to play imo.

I once tried a play style that used stealth but without using archery. I used dual wielding daggers, illusion, alchemy and light armor. Great fun in some circumstances but I always got completely smoked when fighting dragons and other situations when stealth was not an option🙄
