Informative guide! I've had my eye on this game for a bit and the gameplay dynamics sound pretty cool
I would disagree with the unit ranking. I’d put the Kraken in 1st, the carrack in 3rd, and the musketeer in 2nd.
Musketeers are really good as siege equipment or in battles where you have asteroids to take cover in. This could just be my bias because I consider them one of the best units in the first game, but i also prefer to assault planets and not bomb them.
@@suddenheartpain381 tbh, in chaos galaxy 1 yeah, mechs are really nice since they let you take over planets intact. sadly in. chaos galaxy 2 i notice that the ai kinda sucks at picking buildings in the settlements, so I prefer the ship heavy faction
how to the created character.
gimme a sec, currently reinstalling the game
you basically have to enable it first, and then either make the character join a faction or maybe make a faction yourself
Thanks Mate 🙌 by the way how to hire character.
ah, sadly this is a bit hard to do. some characters like omnics refuse to join anything imperial, while being friendly with samurai factions.
Some omnics are already in imperial factions, but if they ever get booted out they will refuse to join any imperial factions that try to recruit them.
@@carlstirlingschannel Okay Mate!, thank you for everything. keep it up Mate. love this video info.
There is really no point in making guides for this game since AI of the enemy is so brain dead you can just ally yourself with whoever you want and pick on weaker factions and then move on onto another until youre too strong to be stopped. I mostly used the weak cannon units in Trade Company faction and i still won without even researching the Kraken submarine. This game might be fun when they introduce multiplayer into this series or maybe turn off the diplomacy and just make free for all Risk game.
Are we really playing the same game? In my game they refuse to ally with me for a long time and only done so by the time aliens have devoured their territory save for one planet
@@carlstirlingschannel Yes you only need to give them gift like 800 money every turn and after 3 or 4 turn you can do anythign you want with them. You can ally those who you want to conquer last and then ask them for money - they would give you around big sum of resources after if yo uask them for donation and you lose like 10 point of relations, which then you can regain with a gift smaller than they offered you.
@@MrConredsX I see, thanks for the tip
Btw, if you don't mind me asking. Which video do you think in my channel is something you think had a point?
@@carlstirlingschannel Haven't watched more than this, but i guess guides and strategies are good for more challenging games that dont have AI that can be easily taken advante of or they can be played with human players and thus its good to know weak and strong points of a faction. In Chaoos Galaxy 2 you can just inform a player about how to never get in trouble with diplomacy and then let them experiment by their own. The only challenge is playing as aliens since there is no diplomacy when you play as them.
