Nice to see someone reviewing the whole roster in the Nikkepedia. And it's a good idea to check back here yearly to see who had been added. Now onto my favorite Nikkes. Well, personally, I don't really have much favorite (aside from Marian because she's Marian), but I find the Pilgrims interesting. Not because of how powerful they are, but their interesting lore, origins and the motifs they're named after. As you have noticed by now, the Pilgrims are unique. Pilgrims are Nikkes that are created outside of the typical Big Three Manufacturers in Ark. So far, the Pilgrims we know are separated into three major types - the Nikkes who predates the Ark (who actually fought Raptures before humanity retreated into Ark), the Nikkes who came from Eden (Eden is a place. A special place. Let's just stop there before people lynch me for spoilers), and the Heretics - Nikkes who were caught and corrupted by the Raptures (and thus are on the Raptures' side). The Pioneers were originally from the Goddess Squad - the legendary squad that fought and almost won against the Raptures hundreds of years ago. That's where the name of the game comes from - they were the Goddess of Victory. "Nikke" is the name of the Goddess of Victory from Greek Mythology. The Nikkes in this squad were the Fairy Tale Models - named after fairy tales and their abilities are also somewhat related to the fairy tales they are named after. And they are very OP. Like OP OP. Snow White (named after the famous Snow White) has the Seven Dwarves - 7 weapons that are super powerful when dealt against the Raptures, Rapunzel's (named after the Rapunzel of Long hair) hair doubles as 3D printer that helps reconstruct body parts + emits interference to Raptures' detection, Red Hood (named after Little Red Riding Hood) has a massive super sniper rifle named Wolfsbane and Dorothy (named after Dorothy from Wizards of Oz) who has the Ungrateful Oz assault rifle as her weapon. Each one of them is a nightmare to the Raptures - like Dorothy alone could take on a whole horde of Raptures when she's going all out, Rapunzel could revive a squad member that's KOed and mask their location from Rapture's detection. They were practically humanity's last hope back then. Now, after the event in OverZone (note the "Oz" in the name, so the event is mainly about Dorothy but you get to experience the final days before the Goddess Squad's disbandment. I highly suggest you go through it in the Archive, Vidia), Dorothy left and joined the Inherit Squad in Eden. Harran, Noah and Isabel are from Eden, and their names are based on Haran, Noah and Elisheba from stories from Abrahamic Religion (or biblical legends) - keeping with the theme of Eden, which also got its name from the biblical legends. Crown isn't Ark based, nor from the Goddess Squad, nor from Eden. She's her own thing, with a mini kingdom that she's trying to defend. The Pioneers (the rest of the members of Goddess Squad) found her castle and made an alliance with her after the departure of Dorothy. The Pioneers have been nomadically moving from spot to spot to take on the Raptures and their Queen for years. Crown's castle is their meeting spot + safe house. To best understand Crown, it's best to go through the main chapters to around Chapter 15 to 16 first, then the side mission "Second Affection" and then the event "Last Kingdom" via your archive. But yes, she's based on the Emperor from the Emperor's New Clothes. All in all, Pilgrims' origins and names are very intriguing and fascinating to look into. Phew, thus I end my Ted Talk.

Your Nikke playthrough is really fun, I subbed. Though it's all on Twitch now. Hope you can get past the long grind because I don't see many people stream the late story, and some of those chapters are really great.

Dolla, Rupee, and Yan are all people who run shops as you guessed. Based off their currency of the dollar, indian rupee and the chinese yan or yuan. Their awesome.

I really don't want to brag but i play nikke since day 1 and own all nikke including all limited skins but it wasn't cheap lol 😂

Drake is absolutely the best thing in this game, complete buffoon. Every event is better with Drake.

If I remember right, the function of the hands of the naked king skin was revealed in an interview and it was ...... to do her hair, even in battle if necessary xD cause a king can't have unruly hair I guess xD

My favorite Nikke? Well, aside from Marian... They are: 1. Diesel. She's my first SSR. They said they gave her out for free at launch but when I joined she's not free anymore. But I got her at the tutorial roll so it seems like it was meant to be for her to join my squad anyway. And she's the first Nikke to become 3 star in my squad too. 2. Rapunzel. I'm never this into going to church when I see her. I like how she glows and drools whenever we touch her. And she's my first Pilgrim. 3. Anis. I know. I was like "Dayum boy, she so thick!" when I first saw her in the story. But she turned out to be more than that. She's got the sass in her and she's pretty smart. 4. Leona. Her character design is interesting. Timmie, the lion, that cries when she kisses him is really funny too. Also, her shotgun has that really unique sound whenever it's shot so it's really eargasm whenever in combat with her. 5. Crown. She's got an interesting lore. And the fact that her character is also based on a fairy tale (despite not a Fairy Tale model) is interesting too.

Good luck finding all of this girls that canonically have seggs with you. And then there's Delta with the meaty lollipop.

Favorite Nikke: Quency even before the new unit came out. Favorite NPC: Oswald the GOAT. Preferences in fiction: Humanity First, obviously.

Things Many players didn't notice when Quest about Some Nikke Asset change via Skin or an Alter version is Because they can change their Body to suit what they wanted. This information is from a convo with Rosanna Alter during the Summer event. Stating that they can change bodies if they want some function to be installed (In Rosanna case she want to surf and swim so she order a Nikke body that have the swim function like Helm and her Squad)

Consider the Ark basement 2, then the Outpost is basement 1 and the 'sky' is similar to the Ark's, a screen that displays that image for the sake of everyone's sanity. If you read Anis' bond story it goes into a little more detail about living underground and just the world in general.

Tbh Nikke's Shikikan is just as good as Limbus Company's Dante, Reverse 1999's Vertin, Chief from Path to Nowhere, Girls Frontline's Shikikan, PGR's Commandant, Heaven Burns Red's MC, Blue Archive's Sensei and Arknights's Doktah.
