So that line "not anymore" when the doctor asks if there is anything she'd like to do, is missed by a lot and I assume it's because a lot of people have never been in a similar headspace as Rapi. The thing she wanted to do, but couldn't anymore because she was cured, was to die. It's beyond just being suicidal, it's a level of Apathy of just wanting it all to end and not having any self-preservation. Maybe I picked up on it, because I've been at that point myself, and this interaction really resonated with me. Anyway, it's a very dark, sad, moment and I appreciate Nikke's ability to write what this looks like. This is why it's important to look out for one another, because if you couldn't pick up on it with a fictional character/story telling, chances are you might be missing the signs someone around you has felt the same or been in a similar situation.
Oh another perspective and part people over look at part one. Notice how all the humans in the ark Rapi interacted with after leaving the hospital didn't help her? However, the first Nikke she meets is willing to stop everything to help her? (Sadly cut short) It shows that these robotic beings, seen as less than human, show more humanity than the very people that critique them for not being such? The irony of it all is both sad, and somehow so real.
And this event was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! The Rapi laugh in the end-ish section made me smile so much! (Also, I got a big cuteness injection from cute Vidia noises at the last few chapters. Awww!)
I think it was cool to see Rapi's progression as she experienced things and how much each interaction shaped her. One thing I found interesting was how they were able to transition her story into the end of Red Ash. Rapi being unwilling to share her name with Red Hood showed that she was internalizing the rumors about her name carrying a curse after everything that's happened.
This event is serious spoiler territory for anyone who hasn't beaten Chapter 34. Also, Rapi: Red Hood is great in both Burst I and III. Since you so quickly hit up this event, the cat's out of the bag. Chapter 34 has a great cutscene to it that STILL makes me choke up with the awesomeness. All MFing Super Saiyan up in here.
As someone who is just stuck in chapter 32, I did not feel I was spoilered a lot; besides RapiRHs design. Might be different if you are stuck earlier in the campaign.
She could read it wasn't even that long ago where she read the dead folks on the tv, it's more likely doctor handwriting or not know how to read addresses since she never had a need to go anywhere.
5:06:25 The original engineers of the Ark probably didn't know about the quantum entanglement with the other core, and so while they were excavating (or whatever) they came across it and just thought that it was essentially an infinite power source and installed it. Keep in mind that even with everything that the Ark does that they're still not using even a fraction of the core's potential (the power problems in Dark Hero came from the core's suppressors failing and it was surging too much power) so it wasn't a bad call at the time. Even know we still don't know if the Central Gov is aware of the twinned core, they just know that it would look bad to be using Rapture bits for their own survival. Also, Rapi's dual-core situation might be the reason why, when she uses the Red Hood transformation, her Red Hood reborn is so much more powerful than anyone else (She easily outmatches Dorothy in raw strength) since, according to Kilo / TALOS, having 2 cores enables an even greater energy throughput than you would expect from simply adding the two of them together. 6:14:00 also when Red Hood dies she goes to black and white while Rapi gains color. Red Hood's burst animation goes from color to black and white, while Rapi Red Hood's burst animation goes from black and white to color.

I still remember when i broke that effin wall, i was around chapter 21, stuck fighting the final boss wich i couldn't beat because my Nikke's weren't powerfull enough (Red Hood was the key to victory) Suddenly i started to get lots of copies of Helm from both molds and banners, it still took me two months being stuck at chapter 21, and some other players have told me they took even longer! So yeah... i'm really happy for you, honestly

When you first meet D.E.E.P, she corrected the way she refer to herself to ‘we’, so my theory is that, just like the twin cores, D.E.E.P and Neon are also “twin”. One to monitor the Lift, while the other keeps an eye on the Ark. So in the end, Neon is a spy not for Ingrid but for D.E.E.P, though she might not even know that herself.

Not to mention that this doctor had been treating her for several years before and after. And then he also helped her with money and an apartment. And you don't have to imagine that he had to help her with everything, as if you helped when you still have 20-30 of the same children to treat (as much as I love Rapi, but she's clearly the only patient there). He could have just quit and the hospital business would no longer be his concern. He has already done more than most doctors in similar situations these days.

Rapi was entirely too young to give proper consent to be basically experimented on (in a study that we see had a horrible survival rate), neither did she seem to have any proper guardian looking out for HER best interest to give consent. I get where you’re coming from with the argument of “maybe it’s her last hope” cause I myself thought that too, but the more he talked the more it was obviously less about her and more about funding the hospital. And if we’re being really blunt about it, the likelihood of “funding the hospital” actually meaning funding the doctor’s own pockets is more likely than not. There was also the highlight with the button clicks after they directly told her to use if she needed anything. Whether the button just broke or was never actually turned on to begin with … it just highlights how it was never about her survival/comfort. Is it more than what most doctors would do? Perhaps. But I think in most cases if you’re in an advanced society in a situation similar to Rapi, they would provide bare minimums that this hospital neglected to do (like education and idk a set of clothes/shoes to walk out not in a hospital gown. If you’re too old for an orphanage, perhaps a halfway house to adjust to living.) This hospital got what they wanted from her then tossed her out with money that probably should have been hers to begin with for her participation. So yeah I think the anger is justified haha.

Well, I think there's more of a problem with how VA conveys the emotions and personality of the character. In En VA it sounds like he's trying to trick her, in JP VA and Kr Va the doctor sounds different, more worried and understanding what the f*** he's offering, but having no other choice. It's just that it's very similar to how much they made a mistake with the researcher who tortured Cindy. On En VA, everything he says was misinterpreted there. Try to see for yourself in chapter 13 the encounter with Marian at JP VA. There will be quite big differences. If anything, I don't force you to switch to certain VA) It's just that for me personally, English and Japanese are foreign languages and I prefer JP VA because emotions are better conveyed there.

The fact of the matter is that he wanted grant money for his hospital and Rapi was a convenient excuse. You can see that he clearly ignores Rapi's cries for help and pain and only looks at the data of her physically improving. And once Rapi's worth was gone now that she's cured he just throws some money at her and basically throws her away without at least giving basic information or even giving her damn shoes or clothes to walk out of the hospital. The doctor isn't "evil," he's very human (shows some level of guilt and also shows that he can see nobility of the goddess fall) and that's exactly what makes his choices detestable because he KNEW what he was doing is wrong but still does it anyway. He only got lucky and justifies extremely unethical behavior because Rapi was 'lucky' and got better and he gave her money. Whether it's out of a guilty consience or moral gratification it's only a bandaid put on some reprehensible actions. If in real life a doctor tried to get a child to 'consent' to an extremely dangerous clinical trial or experiment they would be stripped of their license by a board of ethics. What's supposed to be done is that a child with an incurable terminal disease should be managing their pain and sleep so they can pass as comfortably as they can. Children CANNOT make the decision to be subjected to experimentation (and this case borderline torture) only ADULTS who are fully aware of the risks and not coerced are able to make this decision. What this doctor did was basically force a non decision onto Rapi by (intentionally or unintentionally) guilt tripping her by saying that the hospital would close down and other children cannot be helped, providing an unrealistic hope through a literal gamble of her life, and providing a method for her to die (which he is implied to be aware of, especially in the KR voice and still goes through with it). There's also 0 evidence that Rapi is the only patient

And kicking them out to the streets, believing "everything will be alright, I've done my part, they have money... Money solves everything..." All the while, the person doesn't know how to read whatever's written for the address, no idea where to go, no idea how to even access basic necessities... So yeah, from a 3rd person/outside perspective... Its a sh*tty thing to do even if the intention was good... Now the doctor probably isn't a bad person in general, sure... But uncaring... Definitely yes...
Context wise this event takes place around after chapters 30 or 31 but the Commander's meet up with Red Hood is a bit earlier like around the mid/late 20s(?) but thats all I'm hinting at, also I'm trying to remember but memory is hazy.
