It's pretty good, yes. Also I'm going to complete the necromancy book in this run, I just didn't fight the spiders because you don't have to. You can simply sneak past them and grab the dark amethyst, and that's exactly what I did.

I might do a build guide after I finished editing the commentated version of this run. Well, I probably will, but it will take some time before I can get to it.

Yea, I prefer to do commentated videos as well to be honest. The only reason I did these uncut videos is because I feel like for such a run you need to have a full uncut version of it somewhere otherwise it's too easy to fake it, idk. The original plan was actually to stream this, which I believe could have been interesting as this also would have allowed me to share my thought process before/in preparation of big fights. Unfortunately till this day I'm still unable to stream, so for now this has to do. A fully commentated and edited video of this run is in work though, but not sure when it will be finished as this is going to be quite a long video.

You don't need weapon proficiency to equip a weapon. The weapon proficiency only determines if you can use the special/unique weapon actions from the weapon, like Brace or Lacerate. However this does not include the special abilities or passive features a weapon might have. So if we for example take a look at Phalar Aluve, we are unable to use it's weapon actions; Lacerate, Rush Attack and Pommel Strike because we are not proficient with this weapon, but we are able to use it's special ability Shriek because the proficiency doesn't matter only that we have it equipped. The same also goes for the passive features of a weapon. For example with the Hellrider Longbow, we again can't use any of it's weapon actions, however we do get the +3 initiative bonus from it's passive feature because we have it equipped.

It's hard to explain in just a comment, but essentially for the spell economy you want to preplan everything, so before the fight you already know what spell slots you want to use for what spells. This of course doesn't mean you should blindly follow your plan. Always pay attention to the details before committing to an action, even if the next action seems obvious as the smallest mistake can cost you everything in a solo run when fighting though enemies. As for when to counterspell you need to know what kind of spells your enemy has and then look at what spell he is casting right now and determine if him casting this spell is dangerous for you or not. And if the answer is yes you need to think about if countering this spell would expose you to an even more dangerous spell or not. Taking this fight as an example; Raphael has 5 main spells he will cast in a fight where he doesn't ascend. He has 3 dmg spells: Diabolic Chains, Igniting Spark and Incinerate and 2 reaction spells Punish Divinity and Beguiling Rebuke. Now, all of these dmg spells aren't dangerous for us, since we have a lot of HP and even fire protection, so countering any of these spells would be a waste of a spell slot as they don't have any impact of the outcome of this fight whatsoever. Looking at his 2 reactions, Beguiling Rebuke also doesn't have a big impact in this fight. Sure it's annoying if he hits, but most of our spells are saving throw spells that are able to attack through his charm anyway, so most of the time it's not a big deal. Punish Divinity however is a real problem, since we deal radiant dmg from our Callous Glow Ring, Raphael can use this reaction to potentially Infernal Stun us, which obviously as it's already stated in the conditions name, will stun us. This is already pretty bad, though one thing you also need to keep in mind is that the Infernal Stun is not a normal stun and it will stun you for 2 turns instead of only 1. And as this is a solo run getting hit by a 2 turn stun would just be the end of us, so we have to avoid this by any means possible. And this is why you see me focus my counterspells on countering Punish Divinity while ignoring everything else.

The Skin color I used on her is either Ice 1 or Lichen 1. Don’t let the profile picture fool you, the grey background she gets from being a drow lets her skin color appear more white than it actually is. Her eye color is Flame White. The hair style is the Trobairitz Knot. The tattoo is the From the Deep tattoo. And last but not least I used Vemperen's Other Heads or Faces of Faerun (can't remember which one) for her head preset. Also, all these options, except the head preset, are from the standard game. Hopefully this helps a bit. It's essentially the same build just a bit more min maxed, since I'm using top tier gear in that video instead of the Dark Justiciar gear. And as far as level goes, the only difference is that I used the Assassin and Battle Master subclasses instead of the Thief and Champion subclasses you see in this one.

Withers will appear in your camp after you trigger the cutscene where the artifact saves you from the voice of the Absolute right before entering the goblin camp. This cutscene would btw also be triggered if you try to leave the first area before entering the goblin camp, which again also would lead to Withers appearing in your camp.

I just bought them. You can start buying cloudkill scrolls from traders once you reach level 7. Not sure why you can do this so early, definitely very unbalanced, but you can.
