    I always look forward to seeing your Sunday Morning videos. That brand of Blue organic chips are my favorite! I do have a question though. On Curries. Do they all use coconut milk? While I love it some in the family are really NOT into anything with even a hint of coconut flavor:(

    I do fill out a book style planner every year. At the beginning of the year I sit down and fill out the whole year of what I already know. I start out by going through and putting in all the birthdays and anniversaries I need to remember and then I like to put in all my days off from work and my paydays. I check out the school calendar and write in my grandson’s days off and vacations. And every month I weigh everyone in the house-Me, the cat, and the dog! I’m getting a little older, and I don’t like working as much as I used to! I get tired quickly and after a lot of thought I decided to decrease my work hours. So my goal for this year is to clamp down on my budget and still enjoy my life tremendously! I cut my hours down a few months ago and everything‘s going great. I haven’t had to deprive myself to meet my budget, and I’m really looking forward to this year.

    Love all the recipes you shared especially how you sneaked protein in that green pesto in the first recipe. Appreciate clear detailed instructions of each recipe. And always love 💕 your kids who love to participate and enjoy the yummy food you cook. All in all loved loved 🥰 this particular format of video that you did this time. I have a request. I know you have lots of videos that you have done for break making. In future this year, would you do similar video format videos for break making with option to bake in the oven m … 1. Whole wheat bread 2. Spelt flour bread that I remember you have made in past 3. Any break baking video - I love all your healthier options. Thanks so so so very much for everything 💕 🙏🏼

    I love watching you all working together ❤😊 I am actually having tofu sandwiches today, I absolutely love them. I think I will use balsamic vinegar because that’s such a good idea. I will probably put a heap of sauerkraut because yummm and health. I am a sandwich lover as well. Last night I had a peanut butter and jam sandwich with homemade bread and strawberry rhubarb jam. Have a great weekend Rosa ❤❤☮️💟

    Hi, we really enjoyed watching your family and all your different recipes and how you do things it’s very interesting. I just have to say I’m surprised you don’t put your hair in a ponytail and make sure that if someone is near the food cooking it they put their hair back because no matter how careful you are you could get some hair in your food Just a thought.

    • @thehaipath
      @thehaipath 11 днів тому

      Thank you so much for watching! I have to be honest and say we’re not in a professional environment, this is our home and if there’s any hair in our food, it’s more fiber 😆 jk no we don’t eat our hair, we’re just more relaxed here at home and since we cook so much sometimes we put our hair up, sometimes we don’t. If we do cook for a get together I do like to make sure hair is up, general cleanliness, etc.

    Hi Rosa. I love these food prep videos. I have been making food for the past few days and putting most of it in freezer containers. I like a variety and cooking every single day can be a pain, even though I like to cook. Now I am going to put a pot of soup on the stove. It’s been freezing here🥶 The temperature is -17 Celsius which is 0 Fahrenheit I believe. Brrrrrrr. Have a great day❤

    • @thehaipath
      @thehaipath 11 днів тому

      That sounds so cold! Yes I like variety too! But it’s difficult and more cooking when we cook for our larger family, we eat what we have and most of the time we don’t have left overs unless I cook a ton 😆

      Hi there! I don’t usually measure so I rewatched this video and it looks like we used some organic soy sauce or tamari, onion powder, sugar and water. It’s very simple, if you’re using coconut aminos you’d probably not need as much sugar because it is sweet. And you can adjust to your taste
