Haha everyone asks about my jersey, I actually got it as I was a server in a casino and they had a football theme day where you can either wear the regular uniform or a football jersey. I avoided the uniform 😁
It’s cooling off rapidly here in the north east, a delicious bowl of hot soup with some fresh homemade bread to dunk in it is a great idea for a cool fall day.

I have been vegetarian/vegan for 25 + years, yet I always learning something from you! I didn't know it was OK to leave the canvas on the boule "bowl" for the proofing!!!
Hi Rosa. That soup looks really good. I made a potato corn chowder yesterday and it wasn’t very good.😬 But I refuse to waste it. I think I am going to add some carrots and peas to it because mine was kinda runny. I used dairy in mine, but next time I will use the coconut milk. I also added cheddar cheese which did nothing for it. I actually think dairy is aggravating my arthritis. But anyhoo, thanks for this video. I love them all. Gonna watch some more now and make some tea. Can you freeze that chowder? ❤❤❤
Ooh I wonder why your soup wasn’t good, don’t waste it! Cook it longer and you can condense it. Also the potatoes really do help it thicken too Yes you sure can freeze this, we froze our left overs!
I love soup, and even like it in hot weather. I usualy prefer a more brothy soup in the summer, and a heavier in the winter. But yours full of all those veggies realy could be used all year long. I have to try using coconut milk more often. I usually only use it when making a curry.
Great idea having a lighter broth type of soup for summer! Our chowder is amazing the kids loved it! We’d love for you to try it with coconut milk, it works great!
Hi Rosa! This is such a great video! Thank you for showing us a video with your voice over, but also with the original sound. That was fun to watch. ...and as usual, that soup looked delicious, and your bread always looks amazing!! I used to make artisan loaves like that, but it's been way too long...I think you are inspiring me to make bread again, lol.
@@thehaipath I know, I definitely do! I used to make artisan loaves, focaccia, and what my kids used to call "sugar bread," which is really just an Amish white bread recipe, lol. Well, maybe since it is "only" going to be 98, and hopefully even lower soon (it's been a HOT summer, as I'm sure you know, lol!), I will get motivated to start baking again!
Wonderful yummy soup just in time for my pacific north west cold we have started 🥶 love and hugs to all the family and may Autumn be a time for family cuddles and warm soup and bread and a slower time for everyone to recharge
Hello friend! Ooh so glad you’re getting some cooler weather, it’s still quite hot here and not quite time for soup but oh well we are having soup for dinner haha!
That bread 🍞😋
It’s our regular method of bread making and we baked it into a boule it’s so crusty and perfect for the soup!
Thank you Grace, for showing us how to make butter! Thank you Rosa, for so generously sharing your recipes. Looks awesome!

Love your meal. Breads looked great. I make a no knead in cast iron dutch oven. Lazy...haha.
Hello MaryAnn! Yes our's is actually a no knead recipe and it's working out fine too!
I have been vegetarian/vegan for 25 + years, yet I always learning something from you! I didn't know it was OK to leave the canvas on the boule "bowl" for the proofing!!!
Hello friend! The canvas meaning the cover? It makes it so much easier to remove incase it got stuck! Just flour it liberally
@@thehaipath exactly! So thank you for that!

Hello friend! Thank you for tuning in! You need to definitely get back into baking bread at home! It’s easy to do and really tasty!
