Nice grocery haul. Love grocery shopping! This week got tempeh, 2 - 5 lb flours, frozen tri-berries, ciabiatta bread all special. I make sure to always buy specials that I will use. Trying (yet another) burger...walnut, mushrooms and black beans...hope its a good one. Trying to stay away from processed vegan meat stuff.
Hello MaryAnn! I’ve been meaning to try tempeh but never seen an organic one and I worry about the gmo, do you have a specific brand you buy? Ooh I’ve heard mushroom black bean burgers are very good I’ve not made them myself but I want to try this!
@@thehaipath I think the walnuts may help the texture of these burgers. I like grain tempeh but locally I can only get soybean which is not my fav. In Vermont I always got organic from a small company...it was great.
sprinkle some powdered clove on the apple with the cinnamon...👍🏼👍🏼...I got some seeded watermelon and some cantaloupe, garden melons are gone but still harvesting a variety of vegetables.
Hi friend! That’s a good idea if that softens it up! We don’t use or have a microwave, I’ve seen people use an Apple/potato peeler and that seemed to have worked!
Hello again! Trey my husband has an autoimmune issue he’s been recovering from so he does not eat any rice, he does eat quinoa! I will have to look for quinoa pasta perhaps for him to try! Thank you for the suggestion!

You may want to return the Boar's Head hummus immediately and get your money back. The Boar's Head company has been warned by the FDA to stop selling their deli meat which has caused 9 people to die so far. I haven't heard anything about the hummus causing any deaths though. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Ooh gotcha we will have to add the clove on them apples!! 🍎 it’s so difficult to find seeded watermelons here, do you grow yours?

To make peeling squash I stick it with a knife in a few spots then put in the microwave for 2 minutes - take it out and it’s easy to cut and peel .

The next time you go to Trader Joe's, you can buy the quinoa brown rice noodles there for Trey can eat. There is no wheat in the noodles. 😃👍🏾
