Your new space is beautiful!! Your comment about hugging made me think about my mom. She is also used to hugging at church. She is also very active in the senior center near her house. One day when she was there she wasn't thinking and hugged a man as a greeting. She was so embarrassed that she hugged him so she explained to him why she accidently hugged him. Have a great retreat. As always, it's a blessing when your husband shares scripture.

Oh I love your heart about meeting new people and enjoying the moments we share together! So much of the time we are alone with our stitching, maybe watching a floss tube, but a lot of hours are alone. What a beautiful thought to make every encounter a precious one and an opportunity to make new friends! Have a wonderful trip and enjoy every moment! PS...your stitchy room is fabulous! I want to come over for tea and stitching!

I can believe you are quite shy and introverted, most people wouldn’t think I that of me. I work in two lovely quilt stores and I just thrive on interacting with like-minded people and get a real kick out of it. Take me out of that space and I could live the life of a hermit, never interacting with anyone 🤣 I hope you have the most wonderful time at Summer School, it’s hard to envision summer here in Aus as while I type this it rains and the fire is on 🙃

Good to see someone else that uses 46 count! Problem is it isn’t always easy to find. Would love to use 56 ct more but finding conversions to silk floss is difficult
