Wow! You stitched 🧵 so many things . So much stitchy inspiration 😊. I love how you make do with what you have and make it all come together so beautifully ❤ thank you 🙏 to your husband for sharing those beautiful scriptures ✝️🔥🕊
You are stitching so many beautiful samplers! We have much the same taste! I’m new to watching flosstubes and enjoy your episodes so much that I’m watching your older ones! I also enjoy your husband’s scripture readings and discussions! Thank you for giving me something wonderful to watch on my TV!
So many beautiful finishes! I love your small pillows. Oh My! The cutest smalls for your sewing box. You are an inspiration! Hands down, this video wins the award for the most eye-candy per minute. Thanks so much for sharing. Take care. Best, K
Yes, those Scripture verses bless me VERY much! Thank you for sharing, and thank you for another great video. Beautiful finishes and stitching as always!
Gorgeous gorgeous work! I can see why you are drawn to those beautiful birds. Your pears turned out amazing. Thank you for the scriptures, very fitting for me today!
Loved all your stitching----it's always so beautiful! All those pillows😍 Also, I always appreciate the time you or your husband take to share meaningful scripture at the end of the video. Todays was especially timely for me. Thank you!
Kim, you are truly amazing. You bring such joy to your stitching and thank you for sharing it with us all. And special thanks for stitching Eliza’s French Birds as part of the SAL. You did such a beautiful finish and I am so grateful. Have a wonderful, time at your retreats. 👏🤗
All of your finishes are so beautiful, Kim, and you've finished so many, wow! I commend you for your sewing skill indeed as your pears and tomatoes look absolutely wonderful. Thank you for another great video. Happy stitching!
Beautiful pillows and darling pears!! The scripture was perfect for me today... Thank you so much for always lifting us up in so many ways. Have fun at quilters station and the Attic soon! Can't wait to see all of your beautiful progress on your next video. Blessings to you my friend! 🐦🦜🦚
Perseverance - Such a good reminder of stick-to-it-tiveness! Thank you. All your cross stitch is magnificent - you are such a wonderful inspiration and your description of how you stitch such complicated patterns was spot on. Be well and have fun at the Attic and Quilter's Station.
So many pink pretties! Loving all you sewing finishes and your stitching. I finished both our SALs - Eliza and the pear, Yay! Please tell Alan thanks for sharing the Scriptures with us. Love you! Happy Stitching! 🧵
Kim, I'm always amazed at your productivity! 😂. You get so much worked on! Your pears look fabulous. The fabric on your practice pear is beautiful. I love the floss and fabric colors of your Ye Olde Noel sampler. Just gorgeous! Have a wonderful time at Quilters Station! Safe travels! I'm looking forward to hearing all about it😊
Hi Friend!! Can’t wait to see you and get started on Jane Stanwix! I’m Gathering all the supplies and cut my fabric whoohooo! Your little pillows are amazing and your PEARS!!! Oh my goodness!! You’ve become quite the seamstress! Way to go!! Thank you to Alan for sharing scripture with us. He chose a very timely topic! See you soon ❤❤ safe travels!
Finally got to watch this after meeting you at the retreat. You are delightful!!! So happy I got to see you in person! Hopefully will get to see you again someday. Oh by the way your stitching is beautiful as always & so some enabling happened too. Please thank your hubby for his sharing of scripture.
All your pretties ❤ I did a study on James several years back and it was wonderful. Thank your husband for the sharing of those especially. 📖 Dealing with grief and I’ crave extra scripture so thank you so much
Hi Kim it's always a pleasure to watch your videos and your finishes and projects always inspire me! So I decided to open my Flosstube: Punto croce ed altro. Thank you and have fun at the retreat. Ciao😊
Hi Kim - i’m fairly new to your channel and loved seeing all that you’re working on. Your color choices are beautiful! I really enjoyed your husbands scripture reading! Thank you for sharing. ☺
So exciting to see my Miss Lucy Calcutt on your video! I hope you are better at counting than me, lol as I was over by 12 stitches on the top middle motif and had to improvise. Loved all of your video and particularly your smalls parade!!! Happy stitching!
Kim, I love all your lovely pillows! So much stitchy goodness! Thank you for your cheerfulness and smiles! You help make the weight of life brighter! I love that you often add scripture to your stitching! Thank you to your husband for the scripture that touched my heart, reminding me to run the race with perseverance and to not grow weary. I have MBC (metastatic breast cancer), so lots of my days are filled with fatigue and other side effects. Scripture is a balm to my soul.
Wow you’ve been seeing beautiful things!!! All the pink!💝💝💝I never thought to make little pillows from my Blackbird Designs stitching-love that idea! Thanks for all the inspiration, friend! Enjoy your upcoming retreat🎉🪡🧵
Hi Kim! I really have been motivated to do a sampler since I started watching you last year when I found flosstube. Because of your channel I saw and stitched Tetelestai and I was watching your video here and discovered that I have stitched the country horse holiday as well. I have stitched all things equestrian and now I can share that I purchased a sampler, Blue Rhapsody and I am looking forward to starting it soon! Really appreciate your husband sharing scriptures as well, my favorite book in the Bible is Hebrews and currently am studying through it. Enjoy your retreat!
I love how crafty you have been LOL. I think your book sleeves are great but maybe add some handles to make them easier to carry along? Just a suggestion. I hope you have so much fun the next few weeks. I cannot wait to hear all about it! Safe Travels and Happy Stitching
Goodness you had a lot to share as always!! What joy it is to visit with you and your sweet husband each week! Thanks for letting us feel we can make our own choices with each piece❤
Such beautiful finishes and starts and WIPS! Always an encouragement to hear Scripture, especially ones about perseverance! So timely. God bless you both!
A gorgeous video as usual and so many finishes!! I am going to try your sew around and slash method for stuffing - I had an idea of stitching the year on a piece of felt and using that to cover the cut - will see if it works out!! Izzy says thank you for the birds, she gets such a kick out of hearing her name ❤ that Beloved pattern is going to make its way into my stash I think!
Love your channel!! thank you for sharing your beautiful needle work & scripture. Just want you to know of a product I use to close the bottom of my stitching on the smalls. So I am not the best at hand stitching and doing the ladder stitch, the other day was frustrated! So I tried Aleene’s Fabric Fusion, a permanent fabric adhesive. Just a small amount along your seam, hold or I use some wonder clips for a few minutes. My frustration of hand stitching disappeared 😂 I will keep working at my hand stitching, but if I get frustrated. Out comes the fabric adhesive! 😂 Give it a try, I bought at Joannes fabrics or you can also find it on 123 stitch, do a practice piece first 😊
Kim, There is so much goodness in this video that I’m going to have to watch it again. ☺️Thanks for the inspiration and your husband for the scripture sharing.❤
Hi Karen! There are so many beautiful things out there to create and stitch! I’m thankful for all the artists and designers who make it all possible for us to enjoy!
You are so inspirational! I love how you take pieces of the patterns & make it your own! ❤ I too am a paper stitcher & I use frixion highlighters from Pilot. From what I understand, if you get it on your fabric you can iron it out. I haven’t tested it yet but thought I’d share. I bought them on Amazon. Thanks for sharing all your beautiful pieces. I would love to see a video of you actually stitching, have you done one of those? I’ve been working through your videos but haven’t seen one yet. 😊
Hi Renee! Yes, that’s what I understand about those frixion highlighters as well. Let’s still try not to have to test it though, ya? 🤣. I haven’t figured out how to show how I stitch yet. I don’t have a fancy camera holder thingy. 🤔
Great Video. Enjoy the Retreat! Love your pillows. (oops, It was a Heart in Hand, not HOD), "Always You" (it's coming up on my Smalls soon to stitch). Eliza's Birds is So Pretty!!! Pears came out Great!! Hmmm, I think you're trying to say for us to have Reference Points. I use them along the way as I'm stitching larger designs, it helps maintain the path, correct track 😉
lovely as always - thank you for sharing the beautiful stitching. This seems to be a thing lately but your flosstube was interrupted 6 times for commercials - still love watching your flosstube regardless.
Oh no! Those commercials are all UA-cam. I’m not monetized, so I have no control over it. That’s discouraging. I have premium so I never see any advertisements because I find them so annoying!
I think I’m going to have to change out my greens on Eliza’s Birds. The chart calls for CCW Eves Leaves for the medium green and that just seemed way too light. So I made Eves Leaves my lightest green and am using Weeping Willow and Collards for the medium and dark greens. The Eves Leaves doesn’t seem to be the right tone. I’ll see what I think in the daylight. Thank you for sharing all your marvelous work.
Clare, I don’t think I even worried about using the correct light green in a couple of places since my Eve’s Leaves and the DMC for the Dried Sage I used are so similar! It still looks beautiful!
Thanks for another great update Kim. I’m always inspired by the way you move designs around in your stitched pieces and never afraid to make things your own. The red alphabet stitch on the wall behind you just captured my eye today and I’m hoping you can tell me what the chart name is please? Happy stitching, Tina
Love the colors you used for Eleanor Rigby, would you kindly share which ones you used? I am so inspired to stitch this now that I’ve seen your beautiful finish, thank you
Hi Victoria! Gosh, that was a bit ago. Did you look at the colors used for the back of the chart? I think I used those. I could have made substitutions there too though. I’m not able to look at anything to tell you for sure for a couple of weeks, but if I find out, I will try to mention in a future video.
Wowza! You have been busy!ball of your finishes are lovely! The pillows, and the pears are very nice! Great job! And of course your framed pieces are always perfect! I noticed you sew fabric on the ends of your linen for your q snaps. Do you just sew it on the sides and not top and bottom? Or sew fabric on all the edges? Thank you for sharing!
Hi Tami! It just depends where I’m going to start stitching and how it fits on the QSnap based on the finished size. I don’t cut my fabric until I know how much of the design I will stitch…like am I stitching the border 🤔. I just need to be able to snap three sides to get the tension!
@@ContentedNeedleworkerKim thank you! Oh wow- your absolutely right about only having to use three sides for tension- I guess I’m not very smart- I never thought about it🤣.
I’m going to put all the pink finishes in a couple of tiered trays, and I think some of the BBD ones will go in a dough bowl. Right now everything is still a mess as I recover from the retreat and have another busy week ahead 🤣
Wow! You stitched 🧵 so many things . So much stitchy inspiration 😊. I love how you make do with what you have and make it all come together so beautifully ❤ thank you 🙏 to your husband for sharing those beautiful scriptures ✝️🔥🕊

Perfect Scriptures for me. Thank you! Loved your pillows, Kim. I was telling you (the screen) how beautiful they were as you showed them. 🤣. ❤️ Joyce
Those Scriptures speak to us all, in so many ways. Thanks for the “chat”! I feel like you all are right there with me!

Thanks for another beautiful video! :) Congratulations getting into Bristol Weekend. I will get there one of these days.
I hope you do go to one of their retreats!
Your finishes are adorable! And I had to screen shot a pattern or two that I need because your stitching is so beautiful? 😊
Your finished pieces are beautiful! I am attending the Quilter’s Station Retreat this week. I am looking forward to meeting you.
Oh, yay!!!!
I love how much pink you work with I too tend to go for pinks. Excellent scriptures. We definitely need to persevere in these challenging times.
Ah, Beth, all the pink! 💕. Yes, they are perfect reminders and encouragement!
You need an "I'm a hugger" shirt. :) You're in my hug circle, so it's ok.
Whew! 🤣💕
Thank you to your husband for reading scriptures on perseverance! Always so timely
