Awesome Arena!!! I am playing a Raider play through so this will be perfect for a massive raider town with a little bit of entertainment in the center. I was thinking of using all the dead bodies and make a processing plant to sell the meat.

This is the coolest red rocket I’ve seen, I’ve built on this settlement loads of times and never gone for anything as cool and unique as this

tbh, after seen this im trashing my whole sanctuary build! 😂😂😂 my use of impossible physics is awesome but this building... jeezzz (i never use the buildings these days, everything is above ground with heavy use of garden plots etc, just from scratch buildings with multiple floors!)

Wish i seen this sooner hahaa i just built scaffolding around it to look like i am fixing it and built a watch tower type scrappy look at the top - but i love getting your ideas to improve my builds!

yooo i dig how you made that automatron workshop look so integrated. i usually place mine somewhere off to the side to help the robots quirky pathing, but it looks great nestled in this build with a carpet on top!

I like the broken house defense post at the beginning. I like the scrappy look. Very creative.

As always your builds highlight areas not a lot of people knew you could even access 🙂Building on the overpass is genius and so realistic. Keep it up. One area I think is massively overlooked is the Nuka World Red rocket, as it is probably the biggest build area in the game, apart from Spectacle Island. The latter I have as a farm at the moment, and a shop area surrounding the existing farm house. Could do more with it, and your videos have inspired me so much...

Love your builds and all the neat solutions you have for weird spots where you aren't sure quite what to put, but make it work anyways! Nitpicky thing for me, and you do you, but I feel like sometimes you have too many decorations and it overwhelms the build a bit. But obviously its up to you, so keep at it!

Similar to what I did with it, except I put a guard post right at the peak in front of the rocket, flanked by 2 turrets - never had a raider take-out that settler yet. I used the underside of the rocket for the Power Armor work bench and built a sort of shed for it, but I like your idea with the beacon a lot better. LOVE your idea with the garage door shop - I just turned that area into a barracks, then had the shop area for storage and flavor with the underside of the canopy being a gym/canteen area. Dunno why I never thought to turn the front of the canopy into a grand entrance and now I feel stupid after seeing you do it :/

Cool stuff! The only things I would recommend are 1) the scaffolding stairs with railings attached, particularly for the high-up areas and 2) raider cloth tents for the guardsman up top and his bed/couch/power armor, maybe just a barebones shack. Something to protect them from the wind, weather, and the sun.

16:14 speaking of the pylons there, have you tried conduit pipes? Could imagine they'd be helpful in that situation maybe

Been watching these off and on, and I love seeing some of the techniques for settlement building. This will definitely help make my settlement builds look so much cleaner after learning some of these tricks! Thanks for these videos, keep up the good work.

to be honest not bad, I would slap something in front of the main door, anything a bit defensive, as it goes directly to living area, I feel like it would need a bit more than that. also I find the brahmin traders going though there a bit of a eyesore, so I would suggest the square on ground that you have left outside of the walls, near pool, and make it a tiered door of sort. 2 pairs of doors, external and internal, meant as main defensive door. (and one currently used as main, becomes backup exit, most likely locked tight most of the time). 2 flame turrers at the bottom, 3-4 laser above, (as the guy works on laser turrer there, for their own defense) in general a killzone. 22:25 a chair maybe, and small roof. I assume someone sits on top, on watch, so a siren, chair, cigaretes, binoculars. I like the 20:55 hole, but if I steal it, I would add the building to extend a bit with balcony over the front door, and again , chair binoculars. If anyone will be in front of the main door, he talks to the guy above, who can go to the hole in the roof you made, and scream down for someone to open the door for him. using those narrow passages you borded up ~ 2:25 would work nicely, hiding insides of the building from sniper fire though the balcony.

My fave fallout builder, I like that you keep the feel of the game too. I’d imagine it’s a scrappy place the overly polished ones are nice but not for me

I see great minds think alike, I’ve always worked places like slog up and make it defensive and also highly livable. I also made a lockdown system so all the doors, and gates closed and lock up until the raid is finished

Dude this looks great - bet the average PC is absolutely *screaming* to deal with all the objects though 😂😂😂 but the aesthetics are spot on 👌🏻

You have great building ideas, even at this settlement. Only thing I went !!! your power source spot at the one end of the alley I do not recommend due to enemy spawn when it gets attacked. I'm on X1 and with 80% build limit filled (not scrapping abuse either, a flat 80%) and 10 settlers it is a crash haven. Only thing I can think of is I went slightly over the height boundary, otherwise, the place is cursed for me. I think next time Garvey wants to take this over it might as well be 2 settler max and, what I prefer, just a workshop to work at that is connected to other settlements from Home Base. Hangman and Jamaica are my worst two settlements to really build anything without freeze/CTD. Yes even w/o mods, I have issues in HA and JP.
