For Pumpkin seeds germinating in just 3 days. Mix the cocopeat with warm water, do not cover the cocopeat, the medium with anything or else will have so much mold, then put Pumpkin seeds in it. If using cold water, nothing happens in a week. Magnolia seeds are among the hardest, it takes at least 66 days if put the Magnolia seeds in the soil and put it under hot sun outside while only using rain water trying to speed up its germination process. If try to germinate it indoor, nothing happens for months.
