Im going to do this right away. I once heard that if you want to use store bought fruits and veggies for seeds then buy produce grown in the US. Produce raised outside the country gets irradiated before it enters the country. Then seeds may not grow.
All my goth tomatoes got hit with a fungus so im just now hoping to use the fruits to throw into the dirt. I noticed its only spotting on the leaves, so heres to hoping!
I've done this many times and now have tomato plants growing in multiple containers just from doing this. Some things are much easier, people just over complicate things. 🤷🏾♀️ Good luck!
Makes perfect sense doing it this way since the fruit portion of the tomato is designed to be food for the seed as it germinates.
I’m so excited I bought Kellogg breakfast cherry tomatoes. I love them!!! Now I get to make Salsa with them !
Nice!!! I wish you lots of growth! Enjoy your tomatoes!
Awsome job, young lady. Pleasure listening yo you explain everything clearly. Thank you!
Thank you!
Awesome! Thanks for sharing. Going to plant some Tomatillos (green tomatoes) this way.😀
I hope you get a good harvest!
Great video! Thanks!

Can i plant it this season,or there's a particular season for it
Most people start planting tomato seeds about 6 to 8 eight weeks before the last frost.
Great if it actually works. I am trying a few - how can it be so easy and fast?

How about drying the seeds for a few days and then planting them [and storing for next season] Are the results about the same? @@vesgardens
@@RRaucina you can do that too. I've done it. Just remember sometimes seeds lose viability over time and some seeds may take longer to germinate.
@@vesgardens My store bought sliced tomato's sprouted after about a week of direct burial... Amazing.
Nice!!! I hope you get a lot of tomatoes! My plants just started flowering.
You can do the same with potatoes (that have the little root thing on the end) just chuck em in the dirt and wallah
Can you grow this in a sandpit
Idk, you'll have to try it out and see. Let me know if it worked!
Wow
❤❤❤❤❤
I tried this method...Mine turned into compost 😢
@@KP-lw3fh compost is good too! Try again!
