It's been a difficult last couple weeks to say the least. My oldest dog's health tanked super fast. She started doing a little better, but then tanked again and was unable to independently move or stand on her own weight. I wrestled with the idea of putting her down and holding on to hope (which is a dual meaning because her name was Hope) but it seemed like the best option for her. She's resting and playing with my other dog Kumari now. If you're going through something tough, I feel for you. Try to keep your head up, and keep breathing. I've got to believe there's a purpose for everything and that God is still good despite the grief and sadness we experience.
I'm posting this on 7/31, so I accomplished my goal, but processing will probably extend passed midnight. Getting the kids down took a little longer than anticipated haha. Tight lines, God bless.
