- Here we go again, fishing another local kayak tournament. I'd love to say I figured it out and finally placed, but that's not the case haha... I seem to have figured out a pattern though, and it's that I like to lose money fishing these tournaments. I will say though, each one has me analyzing what I'm doing and hopefully getting better than the last. It's my hope that one day I'll have some trophies and a little bit of money to show for it though. Thanks for stopping by!

Tough day man ....that man made lake did not have much to throw at! I agree with you, I would have stayed in that first area you went, but of course hindsight is always 20/20. You'll get em next time!
I'll get the hang of this thing called fishing tournaments eventually haha..... Until then, I've got A LOT to learn in the meantime... Speaking of, I'm heading to a big lake tomorrow to put in some practice!

Great vid, just chalk it up to some days are a grind. I'd would have tried fishing the concrete bridge piers. T-rig, wacky, drop shot, maybe shakeyhead or jig. Tight lines, Cody
