I really enjoy your videos. You’re incredible. But I’m wondering if you are an Italian who just happens to speak perfect English? Or are you an American who is now an Italian citizen? Just asking out of curiosity. I’m a big fan and it helps me to know a little about the person I subscribe to.

I do love Puglia, I spent a holiday with my extended family there several years ago in one of those old 'Masseria' houses that were the country retreat houses of wealthy families years ago. I recognize a lot of the floors, masonry & general feeling of these properties, and they are very interesting, but I do not find them comfortable - not welcoming from that perspective. That's me, I prefer 'cozy', so I would not buy one of these houses for myself, just enjoy the differences as an interesting learning experience. Thank you for your video, a fascinating topic indeed !

I think you may have quite underestimated the renovation costs in the first property. In the second, how would it work out for a BnB when you have to go thru one bedroom to get to another.

Honestly, this was my favorite of your videos thus far! Your production quality is always outstanding, so for me, the content was the star. The historical features and evident patrimonial value of these palazzi were remarkable and the details just breathtaking. Great video! Question about the prices/costs of the first building. It said 500k+ 100K repairs etc. But the lady said there were no ceilings and no pipework. To do all that for ten different apartments how can that be only 100k?

Absolutely beautiful palazzos. I have a soft spot for preserving the old and the second palazzo was simply amazing, that historic kitchen and the amazing cementina floors wow!! Thank you for bringing both these properties to us tonight.

Ho seguito il canale di Marco fin dall'inizio. Videografia meravigliosa e miglioramento ogni volta che pubblichi un video. Anche se molto bello, un Palazzo non fa proprio per me. Preferisco la campagna intorno a Cisternino, dove soggiorno ogni anno due o tre mesi.
