An incredible view onto that baroque church and walkable to all that Nardo’s historic center offers. Add to that the coastal towns, nature preserve, furnishings included and rental potential. Could make a lot of sense for someone! Nice video.

I've only recently discovered your channel and I love it. I very much enjoy that you not only show the properties but provide information on the city and nearby points of interest, plus food and the beautiful Italian cats. This property is pretty near perfect to what I would want if only it had a garden or terrace. I'm seriously considering to complete my retirement in Italy or Spain; I love both but Italy pulls more at my heartstrings. I visited Lecce last September and completely fell in love with it. I've never heard of Nardo but it's quite beautiful and I like the proximity to the coastal towns. Thank you again, you're doing a great job and I look forward to seeing more home, especially the small properties.

So lovely! Your work is terrific. Ho vissuto a Roma per due anni, 2017-2019. Allora, il mio italiano non è molto buono. Some unrelated things: 1) do you shoot this all by yourself? 2) To live in either one of these places, you would have to have a car, correct? 3) If so, where would you park it, or is parking simple there, unlike Roma? 4) It would be a challenge to live in these smaller towns unless your Italian was at least good, right? 5) Quel gatto non era contento di te!
Thanks for the support Gary! I shoot these by myself. Smaller towns like this one are much easier to have a car in than Rome. Parking can sometimes be an issue in the busy summer months but residents would have a parking pass which makes it easier to park. The good thing about Nardò is that it is very easy to get everyone just by walking or with a bicycle. Life is easier in Italy if you speak Italian for sure!
Absolutely beautiful. I live Italian design and I'm surprised to see such a well put together place in a smaller town. I wonder if 200sq m is accurate and also if there's roof access ...terrace would be beautiful view.

Thanks for the kind words! I do base correction after applying an slog3 to 709 conversion lut. Then I grade using the Teal and Orange Lut from Color Grading Central as a starting point.
You must be a video producer in another context because the quality of the footage, color edits, cuts, titles, dialogue, etc. is excellent for this being your second video! Great work! (small nitpicks: the shots that take a while to focus and some of the wobbly footage while walking can be slightly nauseating/disorienting)
Thanks Peter. In the future the walkthrough portion of the video will be shot on a stabilizer. Due to time restraints I had to shoot these first ones (and the next 2) handheld.

Your camera work is really shaky. As much as I want to see these places it gives me a bit of a headache to watch. I suppose you are using a phone (iphone?) But I think you can get stabilization apps for these. As beautiful and tastefully as this place has been refurbished, that price seems really rather high for southern Italy. Do they ring church bells all night?
To be honest, even though Puglia is a nice area. The medical system, as I believe, is not very good. A very important factor to consider when relocating.

My wife and I have been to Italy 3 times we usually stay 6 weeks each year because my art teacher is up North near Genoa.....we are done with the US and all the nonsense here, the bad food, aggressivness.....we are looking in next year or 2 to buy something in Italy.........I am working on seeing if my Heritage allows me for Italian citizenship as well....

I shot these first tours handheld with a mirrorless camera. In the newer videos I use a gimbal 👍.
