    I had hope til I saw 15-16 yo boys. I thought you were a grown man haha. Don't stop man. I went from 12.9-11.4 in hs. I'm about to be 32 and doubt I could run 14 right now. Don't stop, it's so damn hard to get back. Good job.

      U can always get back man. Sprinting is really good for longevity. I recommend easing back into it. You won’t regret it

      @@AdamPlanetary the easing part is what's hard haha. My brain remembers what to do, my body feels so clumsy. It's confusing at first, but been lazy too long. My little brother humbled me a couple summers ago, but good motivation.

    You need fast stitch fibers genetically for sprinting. Try 400/800mtrs you will dominate.

    The weight of genetics on speed is very high, you can train all your life, but if you don't have the right genes you will never have good times. Unfortunately, merit and sacrifices mean nothing if you are not genetically predisposed.

      @@AdamPlanetary really good!! I think you struggle a little bit with starts, we have a similar body but I was 182 cm.. I struggled more in long speed.. if you work on first 10/20 steps, you will literally fly with your long speed attitude. 💯💪🏻

      11.3 which is the last time I ran in this video was my season opener for 2024. I worked really hard on My start and dropped even further to 11.2 at the end of the season

    Just started training track up again this last week, yet to get a proper time in with spikes and a track on fully automatic timing but would assume I’d run a 12 flat, I’m 18 and have major room for improvement.     Your form looked good there was a little over striding but nothing you can’t fix with back squats keep up the work also if you haven’t read it I recommend speed strength by Joel smith it’s all on sprinting and biomechanics

      I’ve had a chronic issue with over striding. I’ve been using the cue keep ur hips in front and it’s been helping out a lot.
