- Hey, guys, this is a combination of all my years of hard work into just 5 minutes obviously I couldn't include everything from those 2 years but this just shows my physique improvement. I am a sprinter and I specialize in the 100 meters so I am also working on a sprint transformation video so make sure to subscribe to stay tuned for that. My stats are 6'0 185 lbs in the last picture and in the first one I'm 5'10 158 lbs.

Yeah I did a body recomp. I ate in a defecit lifted weights and I gained muscle and lost fat.
did you do recomp or first cut then bulk?
