5:30 I feel they removed it because of the cognito-filter lore and the fact it doesn't really make sense for it to happen. I mean they literally censored the segment of silent orchestra's performance that deals white damage, so they're clearly committed to keeping the manager sane. Arguably it's more immersive and creepy when you can't see her face at all, but can watch your nuggets go insane witnessing it. I'd also imagine the jumpscare would get pretty old after you've experienced it a few times.
