@@kenjidayan7579 I didn't form too much of an emotional attachment to my nuggets going into LobCorp I think because I knew from the start it was a game I'd have to do multiple playthroughs of? as a side effects I don't really have any OC nuggets of my own and I feel kind of left out...

Party Everlasting is a distortion of Catt, not an abnormality. The way Wonderlab is organized at the end can make it a bit tough to grasp some of the details, but Catt was one of the first to distort after the end of Lobotomy Corporation due to conflicting ideologies in her head and the things she witnessed and uncovered before the finale of Wonderlab. Taii managed to get the distortion to falter briefly, revealing that the source was Catt, before Party Everlasting went underground with the abnormalities in branch O-5681.

They're similar on the immediate glance but distortions are willful manifestations of the host's desires, all of them stemming from an individual that's let an intense desire fester to an overwhelming degree so that it boils over and a long dead brunette researcher starts talking to them in their head.
On the contrary, abnormalities are all created in lab experimentations, forcefully extracted from living creatures, or otherwise are a manifestation that comes from the collective unconsciousness of humanity, therefore making them "simply appear" and many of them (like the generic ones present in Limbus) end up being common, while every distortion is unique.
There's a lot of abnormalities that are unique, but the fact that there can exist many of the same abnormality is another thing that sets them apart from distortions, which are intrinsically unique every time because they stem from the individual.
Distortions are also somewhat linked to the manifestation of E.G.O, which is another topic entirely but we have seen Phillip manifest an incomplete E.G.O. and then distort afterwards. We've also seen the inverse with Dongrang where he distorted before he manifested E.G.O.

I don't blame you for being wrong on this because Project Moon's world and lore require actual reading to grasp the entirety of it and most the fans can't or don't read.

- How can we "utilise" SCP-073's ability to reflect damage (and presumably pain) for our "purposes"?

- Can SCP-2719 put itself inside us?
- There is literally an SCP which is a device that allows its users to have sex with abstract concepts!
