Which shaft size is that trolling motor and how do you feel with that length?

Thank you sir for your video. I just bought the exact same boat at Bass pro shop. I had a 13-footer with a 15 horsepower engine. It was too much which was like about 10 years ago. I got sick of standing on the side of the road again so I'm back fishing again. The thing boogie's right along buddy

So I got myself a 12-ft tracker. I just went out and bought 5. Horsepower Mercury I guess it was worth it that thing boogies

Getting same number on my 1448 custom flat with a 30 hp honda 4 stroke. I was at first disappointed due to other brands getting better performance with 25 hp. But my jon is a 1988 year model alot beefier built than these newer jons. But what changed that is when i noticed with added weight. Wife and 2 kids and light gear the speed change was very minimal if any at all depending on extras

I am looking for a small boat for single or two fisherman at most. Would you consider that two fisherman could stand up and cast at the same time on calm water? Or will it be uncomfortable? (Let's suppose a weight of 85kg each fisherman).

Back in my young buck days I had a 1436 with a 9.9 Evinrude on it great rig lot of great memories. On the bayous & lakes in North Louisiana back in 1977 when I was at BAFB haven't thought about that boat in years.

I just bought the boat to replace my older Alumacraft 14 footer to use with my older Yamaha 25hp engine. Tried to put the plastic gas tank below the motor, but it would not fit! The space between the rear seat and the transom is too short. What are you using for a gas tank and where do you put it?

yeah the second lock and the flats make sick fishing spots theres a bunch of hidden sites out there

What speeds are you getting? What size of Jon Boat is that? I currently have a 5hp Mercury myself... and am trying to figure out what size of fishing vessel she will push really well.
