I am looking for a small boat for single or two fisherman at most. Would you consider that two fisherman could stand up and cast at the same time on calm water? Or will it be uncomfortable? (Let's suppose a weight of 85kg each fisherman).
The wider the bottom the more stable it will be. I have fished with 4 guys on my 1448MV jon boat and it was good. 2 guys would be plenty of room. Hope that helps
In FL, If you were born after Jan 1, 1988 you need a boater’s license to operate over 10hp. My boats are all open but I have navigation lights, anchor, fire extinguishers, sound making device ( whistles or horn) , registration because they are motorized. Life jackets kept on board, kids 6 and under must wear. Thanks for the question 👍

Might be a dumb question but do you need a boating license or what exactly do you need to be compliant in every aspect while on the water?
