Can I ask a question what was the fridge spec you fitted in the sprinter on the last vlog and does it need external ventilation as we are looking for one for our van but don’t want to cut big holes in the side. I’m just about to install the same water heater in my van and I have a question; what sized cabling have you used? I noticed the CBE switch that you used is only rated for 10amp? Great vans, do you have any problems with heat from the Ninja oven

You need a compression bit for cnc milling.

Loving your videos Stu and the work your team is putting out. Seeing all the different layouts that people go for I find really fascinating. When we looked at some pre converted vans we quickly realised that everyones van conversion is quite personal and thus decided to build our own van out to suit our wants and needs. That cnc machine is a thing of beauty! Cant wait for the next progress vid.

Impressed with all these. Personally I wouldn't pick cladding down the walls but each to their own. Some great layouts though. I'm so tempted to do another build 😂

@7 minutes when connecting the pipe to the outlet hose and using silicone, you should put the pipe on at an offset thus enabling you to turn the pipe a1/4 turn ensure full distribution and coverage of the silicone.

Going from strength to strength and all looking good Maybe a silly question, but had you considered selling flat pack CNC cut furniture for home builders to assemble and finish themselves? I was just thinking that when your CNC isn't working for your projects you could have it working to make standardised design stock' to sell. they could be then shipped out as full sheets maybe with a 3mm sheet either side of the pile to protect them? A bit like you do with your electric boards

Amazing I’ve been looking at buying nearly new Citroen relay van next year. How much roughly is a van conversion so I know how much I’ll need.

tidy, its amazing how far you have gone in building vans, if it was just me and the wife we would go bespoke but just swapped out huge bailey for an adventure 55 with poptop but next time i think i will be poping along to the valleys.

Not sure about the diesel heater in the garage, unprotected from damage by luggage, bikes etc but also right under the bed, so a noisy sleep with added fire risk. Why not under the chairs or elsewhere? Also, your kitchen base units seem too deep and thus leaves less social space. Why not use traditional kitchen wall cabinet depth or toilet base units? That can still have a sink and tap as well as room for a hob top?

Hi, the strip lights you use from amazon, do you wire them straight to your leisure battery fuse holder? also do they come with spares connectors so you can cut and reuse the off cuts so to speak. Cheers, Wayne.

Why did you separate the solar with their own controllers? did they power separate things or both join to the same system further downstream?

Van looks brilliant, I'm doing something similar with my old work van. I have the same back seats for my van and I want to make the false floor like you did but if the seats rails are fitted directly to the van floor won't the seats seem very low to that raised floor ? Or did you make a riser to bring up the height of the seats that the rails can attach to ?
