Hi Stu so pleased for you all that the company is going from strength to strength the builds are fantastic. Can I ask a question what was the fridge spec you fitted in the sprinter on the last vlog and does it need external ventilation as we are looking for one for our van but don’t want to cut big holes in the side. Thank you in advance and keep up the good work the vans look amazing.
Hope you and your family had a really nice holiday 🙂 Stu what an amazing job you're all doing, I really look forward to seeing your video's and its great to see how far your business is growing - well done and keep up the hard work and the innovation.
Impressed with all these. Personally I wouldn't pick cladding down the walls but each to their own. Some great layouts though. I'm so tempted to do another build 😂
As below, very impressed how you’ve grown the business and the vans conversions are looking awesome 👍. I’m just about to install the same water heater in my van and I have a question; what sized cabling have you used? I noticed the CBE switch that you used is only rated for 10amp? Keep up the fantastic work.
Not sure about the diesel heater in the garage, unprotected from damage by luggage, bikes etc but also right under the bed, so a noisy sleep with added fire risk. Why not under the chairs or elsewhere? Also, your kitchen base units seem too deep and thus leaves less social space. Why not use traditional kitchen wall cabinet depth or toilet base units? That can still have a sink and tap as well as room for a hob top?
Sometimes the garage is the only place they can be fitted, under the van we have cross chassis members that we can’t drill through also. Our kitchen cabinets are typically 500mm deep so 100mm shallower than seen in traditional kitchens 👍🏻🚐
tidy, its amazing how far you have gone in building vans, if it was just me and the wife we would go bespoke but just swapped out huge bailey for an adventure 55 with poptop but next time i think i will be poping along to the valleys.
Mate you and the team are smashing it. I'd love to work there for a day🙏🏻.. I can't wait to visit. That CNC is like woodworkers porn 😂 Been a privilege watching all your videos since day 1 to now. I reckon I've watched 75% of them 50x over 😂 All the best 🤝🏻💪🏻🤝🏻
Great jobs there. I'm getting on with our Boxer conversion at the moment. My wife likes the furniture in the phase built crafter can you tell me what that wood is please. Keep up the amazing work. Some of the ideas you show and the how to videos have saved me so much time and struggle. Thanks for that.
Going from strength to strength and all looking good Maybe a silly question, but had you considered selling flat pack CNC cut furniture for home builders to assemble and finish themselves? I was just thinking that when your CNC isn't working for your projects you could have it working to make standardised design stock' to sell. they could be then shipped out as full sheets maybe with a 3mm sheet either side of the pile to protect them? A bit like you do with your electric boards
Hope you and your family had a lovely holiday. Can I just ask, what make of microwave did you add at the in one of the campervan it was around the 9.12 minute mark. Thanks
Loving your videos Stu and the work your team is putting out. Seeing all the different layouts that people go for I find really fascinating. When we looked at some pre converted vans we quickly realised that everyones van conversion is quite personal and thus decided to build our own van out to suit our wants and needs. That cnc machine is a thing of beauty! Cant wait for the next progress vid.
@@VanologyConversions I used to work for a company called Batteries & Solar that offer a range of services from campervan installations to all your upgrades, solar, batteries etc etc. My job with them was to build there e-commerce store which had over 3000 products. Sadly some of what they were doing I didn't agree with so ended up leaving them.
Great to see ur doing so well…
I’m so impressed at how your business has grown mate, from the van you converted on your driveway. Well done 👍
Thanks Craig 👊🏻🚐

Thank you, we use a compressor fridge so it doesn’t need external venting but we do build them in to have internal venting 👍🏻🚐
Hi Stu great Video, as I am a CNC machinist by trade it was great to see the CNC in action.
I’m sure you could teach me a thing or two lol I’m getting there but already we see the huge benefit 👊🏻🚐
Really good looking fit outs, well done all.May prosper in the future.
Thanks mate 👊🏻🚐

Cool to see that cnc machine in action! Next level guys! 👍
Thought it would be good to show what it does for us, thanks mate 👊🏻🚐
Great to see the business grow! Really want to see the shower tray! And do you have a link for the cupboard door catches you use that dont rattle?
Thanks mate, I promise to show this process on our next custom tray, here is the link to the ones we use amzn.to/4drsmNm 👍🏻🚐

Thanks mate, I must admit it has grown on me a bit, we got some crackers coming up with no carpet or tongue and groove 👊🏻🚐
Great videos well presented 👍
How do you rate your router table ? Looks a good bit of kit !
So far we are extremely impressed, it is shaving a week off our builds and providing perfect parts for what we need 👍🏻🚐
Saw that CNC on the trend stand at Makers Central. Looked the bee's knee's.... tec has come on something serious 😊 cracking job as usual 👍
We’ve been really impressed with it and wouldn’t be without it now, it’s class. Like a kid with a new toy 😂🚐
Another great update 😎👍🏻
Thanks bud 👍🏻🚐
Shane is a natural at presenting too!
He’s got some previous experience doing videos on Facebook during lockdown, I’ll try and persuade him to let me share, they are hilarious 🤣😂
Top notch as usual Stu. 👌
Thanks mate, hope your keep well and using that van 👍🏻🚐
Great vans, do you have any problems with heat from the Ninja oven
Thank you, no we cater for air flow around it so we don’t fit a fascia like we do a microwave 👍🏻🚐
As Tina Turner once said !!!! ….. “Your simply the best” ……. Great video as usual 👍
🤣😂 haha thanks mate 👊🏻🚐
I thought that was "It's simply a Vest"!?

WONDERED where you were!
ANOTHER Bloody holiday!! (In a Welsh accent😉)
Lol I thought I was being good only doing a 2 week tour this summer, we normally do a 6 week tour and I’m missing it 🤣🚐

You need a compression bit for cnc milling.
I’m still learning all about it, currently using a 6mm up cutter from trend 🚐🚐
Another great video mate. When are you starting to sell furniture kits😁👍
Thanks mate, am happy to build them to order as people want them 👍🏻🚐 once we are settled a bit more with it I may promote it

Hey John glad they are helping mate, that one is gloss white and altofina blue from Morland in Welshpool 👍🏻🚐
How much is a fit out like this in a Peugeot Boxer 2016 van please?
Our conversions start from about £10k but for the a full electric van with all the features will be around the £25k mark onwards
👍👍
Thanks nick 👊🏻🚐

@@VanologyConversions that's very interesting
We’re do you get your carpet for vans
Email me and I’ll let you know, every time I mention a supplier I struggle to get stock afterwards 🤣
Hope you and your family had a lovely holiday.
Can I just ask, what make of microwave did you add at the in one of the campervan it was around the 9.12 minute mark. Thanks
Thank you 💙 we use a Dometic microwave from Jackson’s leisure, they don’t have the turn table so no rattling 👍🏻🚐

Sorry l got to ask, what does “ be here mean ? “ 😂
🤣😂 at first didn’t understand but as soon as I said it in my head I got it 🤣
😂😂😂😂😂
I actually copy saying this alot when doing my van now.
You need T shirts with "Be Here" on the back 😂
Brilliant 😂
It's Welsh innit?
Very narrow craft
Amazing I’ve been looking at buying nearly new Citroen relay van next year. How much roughly is a van conversion so I know how much I’ll need.
Thank you, our full conversions start from £10,000 depending on your layout and spec. Happy to do a free quote when your ready 👍🏻🚐
Thank you I’ll be in touch next year
