I'm from Zimbabwe and I played this game around 2017 as I was waiting to go to China for my studies. Majula just hit different man. I remember playing it in the nice warm summer after hitting a heavy work session with the bros, then I'd just close the door in room and play this game for hours. Finished the game as a mage and it was my first darksouls game. Looking back at it now and hearing this theme just reminds me how unique this game was. I am married man now and still play games, but I will always have a soft spot for darksouls 2. Nowdays games carry an agenda be it politcs, LGBTQ nonsense or woke stuff. You wont find games as remarkbale as DS2 anymoore, games that just put the gamer first. Bearer of the curse...

Just knowing there was absolutely no reason for them to add these little tidbits other than to have fun and build the world a little more. This game is so great. Easily my favorite of all time.

This may sound corny to a lot of people but Whenever I felt a bit lost or alone, i Use to imagine this audio growing up. It’s fitting to me as if I’m that small version of myself looking for something as if im walking through these woods.. soothing and adventurous it really hits my nostalgia.

can’t get over how much this mimicks the clockwork orange/kubrick theme- add the fact there is a milk bar.. everyone is suddenly being faced with their fate, whether they had time to accept it or not. it’s the sound of pure unimaginable fear, madness, sorrow, confusion, wonder.

Definitely the best hub in all of soulsborne, even if the game isn't to your liking Majula is hands down the best hub with the most calming and relaxing music

Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask have of some of THE BEST sound tracks ever made imo. I feel like I go on a trip back to when I was 6/7 years old and the years I spent always playing those 2 games. This game has still stuck with me till this day.

I feel pretty grateful that this is the version I first heard. This is the one my dad's copy had. I never really liked the newer version when I played the remake on my DS... It was just too creepy to me.
