Not even close. They are too small and will get pounded in the paint. They also lack wing defenders and rim protectors. In the past they had a good all around defense and they had Bogut, West, Iguodala and Green. What ever they lacked was made up for by being 3 point snipers. Then they added KD and were unstoppable. The historic 3 point shooting dual of Curry and Klay is no longer present and Green is almost washed up. The West is so much better now.

honestly GSW needed another consistent scorer not someone that they hope that the ppl they got will increase their numbers scoring wise. Kuminga i like his development so far but they need another scorer unless Wiggins gets back to his former self i don't see GSW doing anything next season also they need one more big man who can defend

if they can get laurri markannen for someone like andrew wiggins then I think they would be serious contenders because Curry's offensive abilities won't decline so much and even if it does it will only be the off ball movement not the three point shooting or handles. Then with Laurri Markanennen and JK they would be well set for the future

I’d say Jordan averages 36-38 pts a game. 50 is insane. 40 is more believable. I don’t think he’d average the minutes he did in the late 80s-early 90s. Monta Ellis in 2010 was the last guy to average 40 minutes a game. He’d average like 36-37 minutes a game and be easily a top 2 player in the league

Here’s why they won’t. Zion is a liability with his injuries. Also, you do not have a leader on that team. You have a lot of divas. Ego will not win. They will be competitive, but don’t expect them to win any championships.

Jerry West was definitely NOT 6'3" but was at least 6'4" barefoot. West himself said as much and with shoes on he was looking Oscar Robertson in the eye who was a legit 6'5". Google lists Mr. Clutch at 6'2", what a joke. 💯

Spot on. All I really hope Kuminga can do is stay focused on D and rebounding as much as anything. With his athleticism he can be a lockdown defender and get a lot of offensive boards and putbacks. Can’t wait to see him shine!

The Dynasty is dead. Steph is older. He can't sustain great plays every night. Buddy Hield is small. Adequate defender. Adequate does not cut it. Kuminga is good but he ain't All NBA. He cannot carry a franchise. My two cents

I feel the 4 teams with the best chance of victory next year will be the warriors, mavs, knicks, and Celtics. The Celtics showed the blueprint for victory last year. Good three point shooting, good defense, good chemistry, and good depth. All of these teams will be bringing this to the field. The 76ers, kings, nuggets, and others will all be good. But I don’t see them winning it all.
