    Is this finally the season for the Celtics to win a title with Tatum and Brown? 🤯

    • @itzdarealcj
      @itzdarealcj 2 місяці тому

      Yes but it’s not their fault that these teams are injured and even with no injuries there will be no way these teams would win

      I don't care who wins. Someone's getting their second ring (Kyrie or Holiday) while everyone else gets their first.

    I think Tatum was saving himself and the level of play we’re used to seeing from him until the later rounds. He just average 30 points, 10 boards and 6 assists on 46% from the field in the ecf. His three point percentage was low at just below 30% but if he can get that up to 34-35% in the finals I don’t see how anyone on the Mavericks will be able to guard him

      PJ Washington is lowkey a good match up on Tatum has the size and quickness to at least make his shots tougher

    Nuggets and Mavs both took 2 games in a row at Minnesota, and celtics have beat Mavs the last 4 times they played, and 2 of them were in Dallas.
    Why does everyone focus on their home record but never talk about how they dominate away games?

    • @basketballreach

      True but what I was saying is that if they could just be better at home they would make ever series so much easier

      Keep in mind that playoffs is much different than regular season. The Suns won all their games against the Timberwolves in the regular season before getting swept in the playoffs.

      The Celtics are now 12-2 in these playoffs and yet so many people discredit them, I know the East is considered weak but they only lost 7 games against the West in the regular season. They are legit.

    Tatum doesn’t have to be a top 20 player of all time he just has a great team and a great organization behind him
    I’m not sure why everyone is so hard on him he’s basically just a new age Carmelo

      gtfo, tatum’s already levels ahead of melo all time. tatum’s accomplished considerably more at 26 than melo accomplished his whole career, unless you wanna say all star game appearances. melo was a great scorer but nothing beyond that, tatum has no holes in his game except maybe his ability to protect the ball and his shot selection. melo never even sniffed a finals, tatum carried his team past KD and kyrie, the reigning champs, and the 1 seeded heat on his way to the finals at 24. tatum carried an injured celtics team as a rookie to 7 against bron in the conference finals. that alone pushed him ahead of melo who only has 1 conference finals appearance. they aren’t even remotely in the same realm.

      You had me in the 1st half 😂😂😂but to compare him to melo is not a good look 1st off Tatum is an elite level NBA defender melo is not a two way player JT is a better rebounder n passer also JT has so much more winning than melo in literally half the time his team never missed the playoffs n has been to the finals n 5 ECF so yea horrible comparison
