So basically we’re just finding the lowest sold comp that’s best apples to apples to ours and getting it lower and turning around and selling it to one of those buyers from the comps ?
Why go lower than the lowest sold comp when a seller can just go do the same thing you did and see that you offered them less instead of offering the same amount as the lowest comp?
