Not paying for the remaining liens, just the closing costs. Again, the buyer is taking ownership of the contract. So that means the new buyer is paying for the closing costs, not you.

It's not as simple as they say they overly simplify the he process thats why the title company is involved to search titles and check for liens and satisfy those

In Texas you have to disclose your going to assign the contract
