This setup means you wouldn’t have to worry about making calls yourself. Instead, you could focus on locking up contracts and even hire acquisition and disposition managers on commission-based pay. Essentially, you’d just cover operating expenses and have a business that runs on autopilot.

My question is will the title company or legal process have any hiccups with me being 17? And they’ll hear my voice as a male and they see a female on the contract?

I have always been curious about the market and have witnessed people who played the game right and retired early. I have a decent amount of cash saved up and with inflation currently soaring AGAIN, I'm getting worried about retirement, my intention is to retire before 60. How best do I maximize my savings of over $120k
Listen to Azul, read Barrons, and ask some people you respect if they have a financial advisor they really like. Do not take a financial advisor recommendation from someone who posts a comment on UA-cam comments sections. They are mostly not legit. And to correct what you said, It’s never too late for you though, you need the right investment and your life is set. I'm 58 now and just started investing some time last year,,, Didn't even start with much. 40k. And I made my first 100k USD 5 months later. And today, I have a decent $250K portfolio. It's never too late ok,, the right investments will change your life. I should retire soon as long as things remain this good. My only regret is not starting earlier
Diversification did it for me. I ventured into real estate crowdfunding, stocks, and the digital market. It took around 6months. I needed to approach it from a different angle. I got my answers, and its been smooth since then. My CFA has been great, clearly my best one yet. I achieved this much with His management. What you need is a CFA who can assist you in managing your portfolio while diversifying your investments
