Gng I have skiptraced like 200 dvd homes using dealmachine and batchskip and out of all of those only like 10 numbers were correct. Is this apart of the process or im i doin some wrong?
Testing out 2 softwares and only getting 10 correct numbers on 200 houses does not seem right at all. I’d recommend trying skipgenie or reaching out to DealMachine for some answers.

Has been hitting mid 70% accuracy and they provide way more numbers that are actually connected vs alot of these other companies were providing us with trash numbers just for hit rates because hit rates are how they make money. we have tried batch, skipforce, and every toher company. We compared all of our data within our 20,000+ properties where we have verified correct numbers so we know what works based on the data

We have bulk as well, but our manual search interface is killer
No $$$ -- You can get some of these lists for free by calling the county websites. Ask for the water shutoff and violation lists for the past 60 days. Haven't tried this yet I'm going to try calling property managers running HOAs for their back due owners!
