if you in Illinois or NJ yu can only do 2-4 a year without a license but i'm pretty sure the other 48 states you can whole sale as many as you want without a license
Thought Wholesaling was "illegal" in the State of Illinois?? n Florida & that's what i heard it's like 2-4 States that it's illegal or you gotta hv a Real estate license.
Nah what he does for those types of states are called double closing. Is when you use a lender to buy the property so technically you own that property which makes it not "illegal" because you have ownership of that property than you can assign that property to a cash buyer. Hope that helps
You must got your wholesale license bc I know in Illinois you need real estate license to do wholesale or you know something I don't i don't know about
