    Almost plyometrics exercise, shoulder stability starts from scapular stabilization, force couple correction scapulo humeral muscles rotator cufff training then advance over load & plyometrics.

      Not necessarily. Could just be joint irritation, OA etc. If youve sustained trauma then possibly but we’d advised getting check in person if unsure!

    I came back from an acj injury by working on my thoracic spine and scapulae mobility. My chest was so tight I could barely retract my scapulae. After improving pec flexibility and lower trap strength/mobility I'm almost as good as new. Maybe someone will benefit from the same

    Its not about the extension. The point of the machine, why I was invented, was to provide active traction when your legs swing under your body. I own one. One of my best investments. Just do hip thrusts at that gym. With the RH machine its useless exercise.

    I see this video in my UA-cam suggestions. Thank you for sharing. I workout everyday except for Sundays (do have one or two rest days) for a year and a few months now. A few days ago, I tried a new exercise routine which includes deadlifts. This was my first time doing deadlifts and I did over do the amount of reps (I was quite energetic while enjoying this exercise routine). Well, I actually injured myself because I have been very sore with my hamstrings so I am struggling to walk since. So, I will definitely incorporate a few of these alternatives, which I used to do one of them a lot (Hyperextension) but for some reason I have not been doing the exercise movement anymore. I'll start doing it again. 06apr24

    For the ER/infraspinatus what is the proper scapula position? Most people emphasize scapula back and down but you seem to be relatively neutral even slightly protracted here.

    deadlifts and squat put huge amount of pressure on the spine as you age its not a good idea to do those with super heavy weight. I do not deadlift anymore but i still dumbell squat and goblet squat gives you insane leg developpement.

    I hit my elbow a few days ago and my fingers are numb from time to time. I still don't know if I should speak to my orthoped about it so I am gonna try these for a few days, but if the numbness keeps on happening after half a week, I will be calling him. Note for everyone: don't put your jackets on while sitting 📝 I actually hit both my elbows, but one is perfectly fine
