  • There's been a lot of change in the general recommendations for building muscle over the years and something I've changed my opinion on, gone is the 6-12 rep range, time under tension doesn't seem to matter as much as first thought and other things matter more than originally thought. This approach is a good one to use especially if training a while and hitting some plateaus.
