    Great video of the progressions thank you. On single leg deadlifts now so see how we go. The challenge is not overdoing it when I have to walk the dogs and bend over after a toddler and sit down for work. A Putnams cushion has helped take the pressure off as well

    Is Squat good at the end part of the rehab

      It's a good exercise to add. Focus on the control and depth

      This can happen and means the exercise you’re trying is too much and need to drop down to an easier one and then gradually work to build up again!
