As a trader myself I want to point out a few other things. China is currently in collapse. Japans currency is currently in collapse. Usually when currencies start to become unstable these bigger governments will buy US treasuries or some other currency that is stable to hedge their currency problems. The overall currency system has compensation mechanisms is what I'm trying to say. What's happening though is China is dumping US treasuries at record levels and I'm unsure what Japan is doing. If we take a big global perspective on what really is going on and is summarized very simply is this. The real world of money is out of touch with what the digital world of money is. And in the finance world this is called an imbalance. The amount of money on digital bank accounts is way higher than what we actually have and use in day to day functions. The majority of everyday people don't even use cash, or the physical paper aspects of money held in people's hands. As Aristotle would say truth is when the mind is in accordance with reality. What we have is a world where the mind is out of touch with reality. And Aristotle's proof for where the anchor of reality is (Is it in the mind or outside the mind?) reality begins outside the mind because it is that which doesn't change. Truth has a quality of immutability. So money begins in the real world first then the digital SHOULD be a representation of the real. So how I envision this collapse happens is some global shutdown of the Internet or the means upon which these systems work. Then all debts and surpluses(which are digitally recorded) somehow by accident vanishing. And we have a reset. So what's left is the real stuff. So what people need to do is what happened in the depression. Have real cash in hand. Have real silver and gold that you can hold in your hands. And if worse gets worse have some bullets because those can be used as a means to trade. That's my 2 cents. I don't know if this is the beginning but something is definitely broken in the markets.

I listen to the speech twice I listen to commentaries too many times, and I can’t listen to this one. I’m sorry. However, he was just speaking of his own belief system to a school whose beliefs system is supposed to be similar. He was not trying to tell the whole world be Catholic. All three Persons of the Blessed Trinity are equal yet we tend to worship only one of them. We can relate to the Second Person, JC, because He became like us. We cannot relate to the Holy Ghost very much because we don't know where He is except that He is in the Church. That we can see.

I don't remember celebrating any feast related to Pentecost but a lot relating to JC and the BVM. (I am 72).

Our Diocese in eastern Kansas sends most of our young men entering priestly formation to the Catholic seminary in Denver. As a faithful member of the laity, I must say that if the NFL does not share the family values of Christianity anymore then what “values” do they have? Other NFL players have committed heinous crimes off the field- rape, drug crime, murder, and more. The NFL is mostly about “money.” But we cannot serve God and money. 😊😊😊. Good for Harrison for taking a stand for wives, mothers, and families! 👍

In 2011 my husband and I lost everything, but I won’t go into the story because it is a long and arduous journey. What I will do is go with the story on how I found my Christ infant statue. I lost all my statues of Jesus, Mary and the Holy Family, including my Bible and rosaries, all of which I missed and having them with me, my mother gave them to me at an early age. We had lost everything we owned and we became homeless at 62. During our homelessness, I had seen something at this one yard sale, and decided to stop and see what they had for sale. The statue was hidden somewhat, so I decided to see about finding it. They called it a doll, but I knew what it truly was and proceeded to buy it from them. It didn’t cost me too much and it was less expensive than whatever else they had for sale. We were 6 years homeless and I kept it close by me at all times until we found a place to call our own. We have been in our new home now for the past 7 years and now my infant Jesus has a place of honor in my china hutch with my mom’s dishes. I don’t need any other statue of Jesus, only this one. I don’t think he is outside or beyond the Truth, but, I was far less impressed. I don’t know, did he make any mention at all of the Blessed Mother of God? If he did then maybe he is a little closer to being “completely” Catholic. Guess I just don’t have the same optimism. So yes “Bishop” Baron, he gives great respect to him. Was that charity or cowardess? Ignorance? Oh well, respectfully disagree on this one.

As a pre-Vatican II Catholic, much thought and some reading has highlighted a few areas of my questions about my Church and my Country. I think the attack on our Catholic President was as much an attack on Catholicism as it was an attack politically. That at the same time the pharmaceutical companies were producing birth control, we had Richard Speck attacking eight nurses seems more than coincidence; especially in light of how pharmaceuticals are the go-to solution for every conceivable and imagined ailment. We have polluted our bodies and our environment with the changes. How I mourn for our loss of deep Faith. How I wish we could return to trusting those religious that were in charge of our health concerns. How I wish that our Catholic hospitals still had a crucifix in every room, rather than being politically correct to avoid litigation. How I wish that every birth were still celebrated and joyfully announced during a Catholic hispital stay. Maranatha!

Most of the people complaining about his speech are either non-Catholics or cafeteria Catholics and thus they do not agree with the true Catholic teachings.
