Hear me out. What is "Artificial Intelligence"? "AI" is a misnomer of sorts. AI is not conscious and does not have a soul. Any percieved sentience is only that which was programmed into it. One of its founders who coined the term was an athiest, who actually believed his machines had beliefs. But really, these machines/computers are just programs and can only do what they are programed to do...or if they dont do what they are programmed to do, such a possibility is made possible by the programmer. Todays "artificial intelligence" is tomorrows general application. The question is why did the term regain popularity? And a decent probability is that it has regained popularity in order to have a scapegoat for any future calamity (financial?, militarily?, Ect). As whatever this calamity would entail, you can be sure it was only made possible by the programmers who programmed it to happen. So dont take the ruse that AI could do this, or AI could do that... There are good humans and bad humans who program 'AI' to do what they want. 'AI' then is nothing new....its just the latest computer program or machine. Now how about quantum computing? ;)

I've heard that these fpv drones are getting auto targeting, where basically the thing is flown towards the enemy and it picks its own target.
