      Can you please comment on Frankie Alvarado BootyProgram? Can we see results in 14 weeks as he claims with proper nutrition?

    I'll give a bit of a plug to anybody potentially considering the TFNL Coaching, specifically through Harry though obviously Ryder and Beth are also highly qualified and great choices. Harry's helped me with programming things for a couple of years and helped with form issues, but decided to take the plunge into a much more formal coaching recently as I had stagnated and felt like doing it on my own wouldn't get me the results I wanted. Just a couple weeks in to an aggressive deficit period before moving on to a bulking phase hopefully by end of the month, but it's been a pretty great experience so far as I've implemented training changes, drastically switching up my nutrition vs doing my own thing before, and being more cognizant of how my lifestyle was either enhancing or hindering my training. He strikes a balance between challenge and support and will definitely push you past your comfort zone, but will be there for support and encouragement along the way. 10 booties built out of 10 for my ranking thus far! 🙂

    Kind of impressed by Chloe; I was expecting some bodyweight nonsense but hip thrusts and RDLs are a solid way to build glutes. She needs full ROM though. I also found hip thrusts to be most effective with some kind of pause at the top. My glutes seriously grew after I started doing sets of 4, 10-15 rep range, pausing for 3 seconds at the top. It HURTS but it works.

      chole's weighted programs are actually quite great! i remember doing one back when i was a gym noob and didn't want to look like an idiot. i think she gets a bad rep in the fitness community because she's giving out exercise and nutritional programs and content for free while most online fitspo influencers are trying to sell their 'exclusive' cookie-cutter programs to their followers. also there's a misconception that her programs are just one of her 10 min videos but she recommends doing multiple. i mean she ofc will know her stuff since she's a certified personal trainer and tbh i can handle a bit of clickbait titles so long as the actual content is well-crafted and the programs are free, but that's just me >

    I'd say do Chloe's exercises twice a week and sprinkle in some activation exercises like Pamela's either before the workout or as a trigger session on off days. Adduction might not be necessary for growth but it's great for mobility and strengthening stability when moving laterally. My current favorite leg exercise is some kind of staggered stance bent foward sumo squat with a 50kg dumbbell I know there are supposed to be better ones but I'm feeling thst one like CRAZY 😂😂

    I workout from home and use bands... DB's, BB's and a bowflex. I feel its important to build up your equipment as you progress. Its an investment! When i progress i treat muself to some new DB's weight plates etc... The posibilities become endless it seems lol! Question Harry!!! How do i get more female viewers for my channel??? My analytics says most if not all my viewers are male! I want to reach women too! Hope you are having a nice day Harry!

    Hello harry, I have a question about RDLs. I am struggling to feel them in my glutes and I spent a lot of time fixing my form and following all sorts of tips. I even filmed myself doing them and the form looks perfect, however, I still do not feel them hitting my glutes and I don't know what to do anymore. Do you think there are people who are just better off substituting rdls with another exercise, and if so, which excercises would be suitable?

    • @Aaarandom
      @Aaarandom 8 місяців тому

      I’m no expert but I would try glute activation with band work first. Also look up squat university. He usually does tips on pain and recovery and physical therapy but you might find some good tips to help with the rdl too

    The lower body guide includes step ups. Is there a better movement that you recommend we replace it with, or should we just keep it in the program?

    • @luigidimario
      @luigidimario 11 місяців тому +1

      I'm not him but personally I much prefer Bulgarian split squats. Much easier to set up, more stable once you get over the initial wonkiness of being on one foot (which I doubt will be a problem if you've already been doing step ups) and most importantly they're easier to load. You can easily grab two dumbbells with both hands while still being very stable and having control over the movement but I genuinely fail to see how one could do so with step ups

  • @curlychapina
    @curlychapina 11 місяців тому +1

    Could you maybe expand a bit more on why you prefer dumbbells over bands? Do you mean only booty bands or resistance bands in general? Maybe video idea? 😅

    • @austinhenshaw2140
      @austinhenshaw2140 11 місяців тому +3

      Higher ceiling for progression likely since you can progress to heavier dumbbells.

    • @belial395

      Bands don't have a constant tension because they act like a spring. Most exercises will give way better stimulus to muscle growth when performed with constant tension or slightly higher tension when the muscle is lengthened, which in most cases (band assisted chinups, squats etc.) is exactly the opposite of what the bands will du for you.

      @happyhouse4948 11 місяців тому

      @@nikkijones9713 I guess that does explain it. I somehow still can't help but feel like there's an underlying sense of male superiority aspect to it, but all the women in the comment section seem to be grateful for the content.

    • @austinhenshaw2140
      @austinhenshaw2140 11 місяців тому +11

      @happyhouse4948 to further clarify, videos are done based on audience suggestions (whom are primarily female) and they typically request female influencers as that is who they mostly watch as well.
      He has called out sexism and problematic behavior from Bret C and Ryan Read, and also Athlean-X and Joel Seedman for promoting ineffective movements, but videos on male influencers don't get as many views.
