    I like to do her challenges, not because I think I can get abs in 2 weeks or lose 10kg in a month but to have a schedule so I already know what to do the upcoming weeks. She started a new challenge today and I was planning to start with that tomorrow but let's watch this video. Overall I think sometimes she makes certain movements overly complicated so I cannot do them properly, those movements I always modify.

      Duh you can't get abs in 2wks.
      Put it this way if you are 166.0 lb you might get the outline of the abs or feel your tummy burning.
      Like she says your tummy well love and hate you at the same.
      And when you modify the movement to your paste you are making not easier but just as good as the original workout.

    I am impressed how you put out content and keep things educational and entertaining! I know while battling issues, it can be very tough and I obviously don't know you but I get the impression that you actually very strong. Only someone who is strong can confront their issues head on! Keep on healing! I agree with your take on her 100%! It's half information that always gets promoted.

    I recently discovered your channel and your podcast and they've quickly become my favourite. After years of running and "exercising" I've shifted to heavier lifting and I love it. I have learned so much from your content, so thank you so much all you put out there for free. Much appreciated.

    Most of her popular videos didn't include these good exercises because some of them aren't properly trainable at bodyweight (since she was popular during COVID, gyms were closed) but I fully agree, her COVID era workouts didn't even have similar bodyweight movements and were disappointing

    appreciate de video and the "updated" thoughts on Chloe - but please watch her sit down and talk recent videos, why she is doing these gym videos as well :) it gives more context (and I am not a die-hard Chloe fan, just recently popped up on my homepage as I was subscribed to her channel for a while)

    Just wanted to let you know I've been watching your videos for years now, and I've internalized a lot of your tips and opinions. I never properly dieted, and my exercise was very light, but now that I've started, it's been going really well. I think I gained so much confidence in my process because of you. Your commentary and analysis of fitness influencers help me see through the fitness and diet bs on my feed.
    I watched Chloe's video before I saw this, and it felt like we finally got THE Chloe Ting workout, like, the one she actually uses to get the body she has. It's like she zoned into her work for a couple of years and suddenly realized she was in a rut. I hope she keeps on doing these types of videos and definitely finds a gym with AC :D

    Tolerance acquired. Excellent video!
    Some of these movements were included in her Get Peachy series. I think I completed that series twice during my at-home workout days. *reminiscing fondly*

    Had a good laugh when split squats got brought up. The toxic relationship lives on. I’ve started incorporating them regularly into my split and actually having a bit of fun, despite how much I want to throw up during/after.
    Also stoked that you’re enjoying making the gym content as much as we like watching it and you’re going to keep it going regularly, excited for the next vid!

    Influencers and online content creators would all do well to remember that reputation and respect are gained in drops and lost in buckets. Chloe has done too much damage to her reputation for me to respect her now, even with a higher quality piece of content.

    hey, just wanted to know if Iits ok to do the same lower body workout twice a week or is it best to change the exercises still focusing on every muscle of the lower body? your videos help me so much!

    • @lollsazz
      @lollsazz Рік тому +1

      If ypu're exercising the muscle groups you want to exercise, and there's enough variation, yes you can do the same things twice a week

    • @fattysl26
      @fattysl26 Рік тому +1

      For the exercises to be effective you will over time need to increase reps/sets and increase weights if using them

    • @hannahlorna8800
      @hannahlorna8800 Рік тому

      In my opinion having two different lower body workouts per week which repeat every week would be better. One session can be hamstring focussed and one can be quad focussed, or glute focussed maybe. You could always include a variation of a movement done on the other day but limiting yourself to one set of movements twice a week might neglect certain muscle groups because it’s challenging to hit them all with sufficient intensity in one session - especially as Harry recommends around 6 movements or less per session and as you get further into your session the latter exercises yield less of a result than the prioritised ones

    I’m also thinking she could have moved her legs into a narrower stance if she’s aiming to hit glutes on the leg press? I’m not sure what the wider stance really priorities because without the feet turned out I wouldn’t say the adductors benefit all that much?
