Might not care for this but I know a Hawaiian guy who did something similar he built 18 tiny homes in a huge circle and does shows in the middle for the guests and a huge cookout every Friday and Saturday ...me personally I had an idea to build 10 units and a giant pool in the middle with a lazy river going to each house and in the middle of the lazy river a regular pool
I prefer conscientious rivers
