I have found that pickled garlic helps keep you safe from fleas and ticks. I eat 8 or so pickled cloves and other people will end up covered in fleas and ticks and I won't have a single one.

If the property value is there you could demo this house and build a metal building shop to go with the property across the street. I have had people offer to buy my properties for this reason. and clear the 3 acres and put horse barn with barbed wire fence possibly
Question? You’re getting 2 of 4 signatures for $1,000. For the other two remaining signatures are you planning to later cut them a deal or will you be doing adverse possession or something? What’s your plan to getting the remaining 50% of the property?
